i had a wonderful experience at lovely nails. i called ahead the day before, the man was very patient and nice throughout the appointment. he was very professional and did a beautiful set for me. the tips they use are less transparent, so you can’t see your real nails underneath, which is great for natural looks. this was only my second time getting my nails done, and the man was very patient with me. he was cracking jokes too ?

One time I got a really well done set of nails here. I've been back 3 times since and left halfway through appt last time.

Definitely not nice, which honestly, i don't need my nail tech to be. But each time, anything I point out, like rough edges or whatever, there's just attitude. This last time was obviously a bad day. First I called saying I would be 5-10 minutes behind for a Mani/Pedi and she said she wouldn't be able to do it (even though I've waited there before for her to finish). I rushed there to get there in time. She started doing my nails, was annoyed when I asked for them to be a bit shorter, then said she couldn't do the thin French manicure look, couldn't do ombre glitter, and kept getting annoyed that it was taking me time to figure out a different color.

There isn't really much "lovely" about the experience. They rush through each appt, leave you waiting while on their phone and are rude.

All things I could deal with if they were doing a great job. But they're not.

I'm sorry to put this post up honestly. I went back a couple times thinking each bad experience was just not a good day and there aren't many other options around here.

But they're not cheap, the $40 pedicure didn't even deal with cuticles, and if you can't even do a sparkle tip nail then...

They are fast and the nails look good still , but kinda rude and for any color glue on tips it's $65 for a fulll.

I had a great experience with Linda and Lee,  I got acrylics with gel polish and a pedicire.They work fast and efficient, serving multiple people at once since, it's just the two of them and not once did anyone have to wait. I really enjoyed my experience there and I'm not sure where all the rude comments are coming from. Linda was friendly and we had a few laughs while she was doing my nails. Lee was a little more serious but still very nice and never were they rude. I would definitely go back and suggest them to others.

I have been going to Lovely Nails twice a month for years and have always left happy with perfect nails! Linda and Lee are so friendly and there's always great conversation while getting my nails done. I get a lot of compliments on my nails and all the amazing colors Linda has available.

Took my grandmother to get pedicures together. Everything was great besides the lady that did my nail color didn’t dry them under the led light like ever other lady that was getting pedicures. Mind you I got gel polish. This resulted in my nail color not being dry and smearing. Paid 90$ and was super disappointed. Won’t be coming back...

i wish I lived closer because I’m so happy with my nails. I would visit regularly. I’ve been going to the same gal for 13 years and sadly Lovely Nails did a better job.
She was so quick.
She was very sweet.

This salon is closest to my house so I figured I would give them a try. 3 of my nails lifted within the first week of having them, I had them fix them for me, and a few days later another 4 lifted. I refuse to go back. It hasn't even been two weeks and SEVEN of my nails lifted. ?‍♀️ I have never had this issue before with any other salon. They're very fast but obviously it's not quality.
