Nail tech was not the least bit friendly. Felt rushed and like he really didn’t care to even be there. When I came in he was half asleep on the couch, I get it it’s slow but geesh when customers come in for a service at least perk up and fake it. He was also way too rough with my pedicure and manicure which he did a very poor job with both. I could do what he did at home way better for free. It’s really sad these days the level of service rather the lack of that’s experienced these days with nail salons. Customer service is everything. Yet I still tip for poor service hoping it’ll be a nice gesture for them to improve with the next customer. Really sad. Over nail salons going back to doing them myself at home, it’s just nice to be pampered from time to time but not at this salon. Terrible customer service and bad job with nails and toes.

This place was okay I wanted something similar to what they gave me but I’m
Not happy with my nails the shape is perfect they butchered my design though. The picture with the white tips is what I showed them. I mean they don’t look bad but for 60$ I expected them to look better. The gentleman started my nails was struggling to do the design so he called in help and a lady finished them he originally quoted me 55$ but she told me 60$ when she got done. Long story short I probably won’t go back.

I love this place! Everyone is professional and the price is reasonable. Danny is the BEST! He has been doing my nails going on 20 years!! He never disappoints. He stay up to date when it comes to different kind of styles, shapes etc.

My lady did not talk to me the whole time. Kept yanking my arm. Took 4 PERSONAL phone calls while doing my nails. And my nail is crooked and none of them are smooth. Also had a male worker in there barking demands at me. #rude

Please don't go this stupid place. 1 of the worker there attack my girlfriend. And the owner there didn't care and protect them too and told my girlfriend to get out. If my girlfriend won't get out. They will attack her again.
All of them lied to customers that my girlfriend didn't have license. That's y they fired her.
I have video record and witness of that day.

The owner threatened my girlfriend that she left the shop but still live around here. So she told my girlfriend to be careful and watch out.

I have really been debating posting this but I got my nails done here a week ago. The lady didn't put any care into doing my nails she just wanted her shift over. My nails looked okay they were bareable to look at. I took a shower the next day and after I got dressed there were little black dots appearing all over my nails. Really wish I could post a picture of them in the reviews. And after two days my fingers were in a lot of pain.

Vee was my nail tech there before she was threatened and assaulted by her coworkers, which gave her no choice but to leave. The lady Holly has a nasty attitude and is not friendly at all. Chin was nice. The overall atmosphere there wasn’t welcoming at all. I’m glad she has moved on to a bigger and better place that appreciates her talent. If you’re looking for Vee, she is at Boujee Nails in Montgomery next to the movie theater on Vaughn Rd. They have amazingly quality products that actually last and won’t chip fast.
