This pharmacy is absolutely unprofessional and disrespectful. I called for my refill today and the man that is Indian with a very thick accent that answered the phone was very rude. I tried to explain to him what I needed, and he said he is a boss yelled at me told me to shut my mouth when I tried to he told me to shut my mouth again if I spoke again, he would cancel my prescription so I stay quiet for a few minutes to hear his rant OK and then told me he was canceling my prescription. I literally could not even get one word in, somebody needs to fire him I need medication to live. I am a diabetic who needs medication to make sure I keep my health in good standing but he did not care and he hung up on me. I have never called a pharmacy and be treated like the way I was today it is totally unacceptable.

They help me with monthly bubble packs for my medicine which keeps me compliant and it allows me to take the medication at prescribed times.

It's a great pharmacy. They have a good supply, I feel like they wanna help, and it's a different feel than the bigger pharmacy. Close parking, and they have some other things like bandaids and other medical stuff, so you don't have to go elsewhere for a little thing you need. I used to get the orange soda, but now I'll grab a vitamin water, so that's good they have that. It's gets hot somedays. Anyway, thank you lotus pharmacy! C-ya next time.

☹Unfortunately during our favorite pharmacist absence Tweet. Service at Lotus pharmacy took a dramatic dive in all aspects of customer satisfaction to the point that my husband started looking to other pharmacy's for our business. Convincing my husband everyone deserves a second chance and time to adjust to our needs for satisfaction service. Things appear to be trending upwardly and improving so we have continued as customers at Lotus Pharmacy. Although in seems Tweet may not return and we miss her sincerely. We will continue to stay at Lotus as long as the upward improvement for customer satisfaction service continues. Anyone else who can relate to my first unsatisfactory encounters with the new pharmacist, I would suggest giving him a second chance. You might be pleasantly surprised.👍😊

We work with Lotus Pharmacy for our patients who are unable to drive, homebound, and lives in assisted living. They deliver same day or next day Free of charge. LOTUS pharmacy has been also able to assist with patients with medications who are difficult to get and approved from other pharmacies. I highly recommend this local pharmacy!!! Thank you for your excellent service to our patients

Best kept secret in the I.E! Great little storefront....open and functional. Comfortable chairs. No matter who helps you they are friendly. I have never had to wait too long. They have chosen excellent options for non-safety cap lids. Labels and instructions are easy to read.

Moved here over 2 years ago from Washington and my medication can be tricky on stocking/availability, but Lotus carries it and always has it in-stock and if it's out they get re-stocked fast.. Twee is amazing, she is very professional but also so very sweet and says it like it is and as long as you are respecting her position as a pharmacist, a business owner and the laws Twee will do all she can to keep you happy and coming back. The whole staff there at Lotus are all so very polite and professional.

These guys go above and beyond what my needs are. always have my prescriptions ready before I call. The pharmacist knows me and remembers my needs. I've been in Oregon for vacation, ran out of a prescription and called. He mailed it to me right away. Thank you Lotus pharmacy fir always being there fir me.
