Ha, the owner, has been doing my gel manicure, & sometimes gel pedicure, for decades. It is such a pleasure to not only have her as my nail technician, but also as my friend. My 2 favorite days of the month are when I go to see her for my biweekly nail appointments. All of the ladies who work there are beautifully amazing, and you will never be disappointed by any of their work.

They are patient, helpful, and beyond talented!! their color selection is gorgeous, I have seashell nails?! I am thrilled!! The salon is clean and organized! Helen, Ha & the rest of the team are phenomenal and i cannot recommend them highly enough!

Not sure why a simple fill took 2 hours to do but this was absolutely unacceptable. I had to fix my nail shape myself after telling her numerous times what needs to be done and that it doesn't match the other hand. After all that, I figured that she'll be ok with the drill but boy was I wrong. My thumb had a full on bump and I had to tell her to fix it. Why am I having to tell her how to do her job nonstop? There's a reason this place was entirely empty on a Sunday.

Got a call and a voicemail from them 24 hours later saying sorry that my nails turned out to be trash, but I can come back for a fix. That's a joke right? I would never want to waste my time at this place again. If the person who does acrylics had an emergency and had to leave, then they should've called me and scheduled for another time rather than waste 3 hours of my life (2 hours there and another hour at another place to get this mess fixed).

Helen and Thao both welcomed me like I was family. I’ve never tried color on my nails and they made it so easy. It was like going with friends that help pick the best color. They’re very clean!! I’m sure I found my forever place until I leave San Diego. If you want the best nails and service with the best environment.

Went in to get acrylics and was talked in to getting gel-x, didn’t think much of it. My nails turned out visibly fine until I left the salon. Turns out the polish was completely uncured and got gel all over my hands. I went back and she incorrectly tried to “fix” this issue by filing them down and slapping a top coat over it when they should have been removed and redone. Fast forward a few days and my nails have began splitting open yet again to reveal uncurled polish. Not only is this unprofessional it is also incredibly unsafe. Will NOT be going back, could have done a better job myself.

Miss Helen have been doing my nails for 20 years. She's incredibly talented, professional and personable. Her work speaks for itself. She has many repeat clients whom she's served for decades. She makes you feel like family and pays attention to detail. She goes above and beyond to ensure you're satisfied with her service. She also does an excellent job with waxing. Her upbeat attitude and incredible art work is amazing. Miss Helen is beyond one of the best in the industry!! She's affordable and accommodating. I drive a good distance just for her to do my mani/pedi and eyebrows. And it's well worth it!!
