I've been going to Lilly's Nails for over 10 years now. This salon is always clean and a friendly place to spend some relaxing time. I personally use Sandy who is just amazing!! She's very detailed and a perfectionist, which I appreciate. I'm a creature of habit, so I don't change when I find what I like. Everyone in the salon is friendly and inviting! Soo and her daughter, Lilly are amazing people who never forget you. You can walk in or make an appointment, which is what I do so they are ready for me 🙂

This salon's always clean and welcoming, making it a great spot to relax. Sandy's my go-to—she's incredibly detailed and a perfectionist, and I love that. Just a heads up, though: if you walk in, there might be a wait, especially during peak times. Also, had this one time where a tech seemed in a rush, wasn't a big fan of that. Overall, though, everyone there is friendly. Soo and Lilly are fantastic, never forget a face.

I’ve been here 3 times because I live really close and always hope for the best but it never goes well. Everyone is rude and makes you feel like you’re inconveniencing them. Once I went in for a quick neck and shoulder massage and they got all weird and tried to get me to do a full massage in a separate room even though they have one of those kneeling chairs. It was as if they didn’t want me to be seen having that done. I left that time feeling very uncomfortable and told myself I’d never go back. My most recent experience was to take in my daughter for her first pedicure, I was so excited and they ruined the experience for me. I only took her there instead of my normal place because they have a really cute kitty chair which makes for a good photo op. The lady was really short with me and just asked if I wanted my daughter to get a polish change. I was confused because she had nothing on and I said she didn’t have any polish. She got annoyed and never asked if I wanted her to have a full on pedicure which I would have wanted for her. Instead she basically just rolled her eyes, shut me up and told me to pick a color. My daughter wanted rainbow colors and they rolled their eyes again. After my daughter was already seated the nail tech said it was a $5 add on to change more than 2 colors, knowing I couldn’t say no at that point. Luckily my daughter is too young to notice these things and was none the wiser. It left a really bad taste in my mouth and ruined that sweet experience for me, so much so, that I felt the need to write this review the night I came home. I will officially never go back and tell all of my friends to avoid this place. Btw, this place is also extremely overpriced and they nickel and dime you for EVERYTHING.

This was my first visit and it was a very nice experience. This place has a dozen massage chairs and several stand-alone stations. Service was great, and the cleanliness was impeccable. I went midweek, and there was no waiting, but I had a reservation just in case.

Wonderful service from Lilly’s Nails and Spa. Special shout-out to Jessica who is a master at dip/powder. She is wonderful! But all the other manicurists are also great: very kind, gentle and give a great scrub. The finished nails are professional looking when done. Great for a nice long lasting nail look. Wide variety of nail color and shapes. Definitely worth the money!

I don’t usually write reviews but the service was so bad I want to warn people. The service was more expensive than other salons, which isn’t a problem if it’s better than their competition. However, it was very rushed, they were rude, and the painting itself looked very bad. My nails were see through, and it was messy with paint on the sides of my skin. The salon itself is nice and updated, which made me think it would be good, but the actual service is very bad.

This nail salon is the best in the area! They all do a wonderful job and the whole place is so friendly and personal. After going to another salon in the village and having a bad experience, I could not say enough good things about all the women that work at Lily's.

Lilly’s is my favorite place to get my nails done. I get dipped and gel pedicure and I’m always so happy with how well they’re done. I am rough with my nails and they always stay perfect. The team at Lilly’s makes you feel so welcomed and like family. They’re very clean and have a great atmosphere. I send all my friends and family here. Definitely give it a try if you’re looking for a new nail salon!
