I’ve used this pharmacy for years now. And in the beginning, the sweetest lead pharmacist at the time signed me up. And for the most part everything was well.But in the last year or so, I’ve encountered 2 employees that have ZERO customer service skills. So on the morning of August 7th, I spoke with the lead pharmacist. Who had a terrible attitude, and was unwilling to help me. So now I have a new Pharmacy. P.S. All of the employees are very nice. The pharmacists know what they're doing and are fast to fill your meds. Big box stores could take a lesson from Lee Drug Store. You don't wait an hour or so here. Usually in 15 minutes you're out the door.
They also have a lot of gifts for anyone on your list. Check them out !

I used Lee Drug Store for the first time at 5:45 PM after having a minor surgery and they were kind, respectful, and efficient. It was my first visit to this pharmacy and I am from out of town. I was thrilled with their service and loved the pharmacy/store.

I can't say enough good about these folks! They are reason small town, family-owned businesses have the great reputation they have. The ladies are all so nice and so helpful. And did I mention they are fast? I have left the Doctor's office and gotten the message where I approve the prescription, and they have had it ready before I got home. Seriously.

Highly recommend Lee Drugs, if you live in Robertsdale or Silverhill, you simply cannot do better than them!

I would've given them 5 stars until yesterday. I walked in and there was an elderly lady, with Pharmacy Tech badge, at the counter. I stood there quietly for a couple of minutes and she just kept doing her thing and didn't acknowledge my existence. She looked over at the drive-thru worker, who was actually being friendly to a customer and said, "Tell him you don't want to know and move on! Just leave!" Another gentleman walked in and she finally said, "What can I do for you?" She never looked up until a minute later when I started talking to her. She was tolerable after that but it took everything I had to not tell her off and leave; the only reason I didn't is because I have always had pleasant experiences in the past and everyone else has always been nice. I would recommend them due to past experiences.

They’re a waste of space for robertsdale. You hand them two prescriptions that are unrelated and if they can’t fill one they refuse to fill the one they do have. And they were terribly rude. My mother in law has had two major surgeries on her spine and the pharmacist is completely rude and incompetent.

I've had a few incidents with pharmacy employees at big chain pharmacies. These employees are always kind & get things done very quickly! You can tell they love their community & love being able to help others! Use this pharmacy if you can! The store also has adorable items that you wouldn't see in a big chain store!
