O the the M to the G !!!! Ladies and gentlemen, where do I begin? You might need to sit down for this one.
Her treatment and level of professionalism has above and beyond exceeded my expectations.

Since I have ZERO skin care regimens, sadly the bar of Dove has been a shower staple over the last couple of decades. After many years of skin abuse, sun exposure, tanning beds, poor diet, alcohol use, lack of exfoliation, lack of love, lack of skin care and the list goes on and on. My skin was in dire need of some TLC.
That is EXACTLY what Jacqui provided.

Let me start off by saying her response time and communication is exquisite. She came very very highly recommended. After combing her Yelp and Google reviews, I knew she was my girl! I decided to reach out and she got back to me immediately, in just a matter of a couple hours. She was able to get me in quickly on a cancelation and then my journey with her began.
The stars were aligned.

I've only have has 2 facials in my entire life about 20 years ago in my Dove soap days.
It's no secret that I was a hot mess.
Walking in, I thought, okay, fru-fru sugar scrub, this will be great!
NOPE ! I walked into the Harvard of corrective skin therapy.
Corrective skin therapy? What's that? You mean, you can smooth out my fine lines?
YES PLEASE !!!!!

I had no idea what I was signing up for and let Jacqui take full control and be the captain driving the ship. I told her to do whatever she wanted to do based on her professional opinion and my level of skin abuse. I just sat back and enjoyed myself for 90mins and fell asleep at the end during light therapy.

Her level of expertise said, a hydro facial was the best approach to start. I was so dry, so cracked, so many layers of dead skin. I can't recall the names of all the treatments and layers we did because I am still learning. She has so many fancy devices, with the most modern technology. All I know is rejuvenation was achieved by the end of our first session.
Corrective therapy has begun.

She calmly talked me through the entire process. She was always checking in with me, my well being and my comfort level.
Her gentle touch and soothing voice brought me to full meditative state of calm.

After treatment, she showed me the water collected from the hydro therapy.

You guys ...... it was mind blowing!
I literally showered 30 mins before I walked into her office. What she extracted from my face was unbelievable. My water was a yucky grey like something I'd dump out of my travel trailer. So many toxins were removed. So much dead skin. So much bacteria. So much abuse just extracted and washed away. It felt like a historic building was just in a demolition on my face. Knocking the old structure down to the ground, making room for new cells and growth. Completely starting over.

When our session was over, I immediately whipped out my calendar and got back on the books asap! Corrective therapy doesn't happen in one session. This is a journey.

Lastly, I purged any product I had at home and threw it away. I am on her skin regimen twice a day like clockwork ONLY using the Lavender Touch product line.
It's only been 48 hours and the changes are astonishing.

As a fellow Esthetician I was really hoping to support another Esthetician. Customer service, communication, even booking the appointment has been a nightmare. Texted to discuss upcoming appointment and got a response that she's out of town till day after my scheduled appointment. Asking for refund, no response. Don't waste your time, find somewhere else.

Excellent service! Jacqui is sweet and professional, carefully selecting the facial that would be best for my skin (hydro facial). It was relaxing and truly made my skin glow. This service is expensive but definitely worth it! Plus I got a great kelp mask product as a free gift 🙂

My skin needed some attention; dry, flaky, broken blood vessels, dull complexion. I found Jacqui and she fixed me right up. My skin has not felt or looked this good since I was in my 20's. She gave me a hydra facial and pumpkin peel-HIGHLY recommend it. The peel smelled so delish, she had to tell me not to eat it! Her knowledge, and care of my skin was top notch.
