Incidents -

ANN locked me and the nail technician in the salon without apologizing for her actions.

This establishment needs a back door, leading to an awkward wait for Ann to return and unlock the doors from the outside.

Ann didn't apologize for locking the front door from the exterior and for the inconvenience when she arrived to let me and the other nail tech out of the salon.

Service Experience - I had the nail technician do my toenails, but the rushed service led to unsatisfactory results resembling amateur work.

- Despite voicing concerns about drying time for the nail polish, I was reassured it would dry quickly.

- After taking extra precautions post-service, the outcome was disappointing, necessitating a call to address the issue.

Negative Interaction with Ann -

Ann responded defensively and argumentatively instead of acknowledging the service shortcomings and failing to provide a resolution. Ann was very disrespectful and took a condensing tone with me, then dared to tell me to go back after how she was treating me on the phone.

- Ann's absence during the completion of the service raised questions about her understanding of the situation, but she still argued with me

-What should be mentioned in this company's reply to my review is that the ladies refused to give me the owner's information.

-They also don't mention that I was cordial to them despite Ann locking me in with the nail tech, and I even apologized for running a bit late, but they seem to have missed that. They also missed that they had my contact info and didn't reach out to see if i was still showing up. They decided to help me and are being disrespectful in their response.

-They also advised me to write this review, and now they get defensive, LOL.

If they had apologized, I would have removed this review; sometimes, treating people respectfully and manners goes a long way.

I love love getting my nails done here! I have been coming to get the gel mani and pedi for about 2 months and I don’t want to go anywhere else. She is so sweet and has an eye for detail, very considerate!

An is such a lovely person, business woman, and professional. She has put gel extensions on my nails for 6months now and I love them. The price is comparable, but her service and location is much more personal than any other location. I get compliments all the time about how nice my nails are. Oh, and she has a website where I can make an appointment with her online now. So convenient. 👍

Ann is nice and skill full, my nails came out looking so good, over all the place is pretty and clean. I like it and will come back to be regular here. Highly recommended.
