Really bad customer service , the girl there was rude and not helpful at all , . My sister deals with thyroid issues and she has 2 insurances that always cover her . The lady behind the desk told my sister to sign a paper , that had a bill of 89$ , for what ? Just because we were new and using there facility, no thank you , we left and as we were walking out the door , she said "Have a nice day , and then mumbled , "Or not " ? . Never going back , not to mention the waiting room was empty and there were no cars in the parking lot , . I guess I'm not the only one with a bad experience. Considering how dead it was. Quest is way better and there always welcoming and helpful .

First off. There is no one at the desk! For 10 minutes at a time. So you are waiting forever to talk to some one. If it is your first time here they expect you to know exactly what your suppose to do to sign in..and what's the cow bell on the For? It's not like it actually let's them know to come to the desk, because they don't. I waited in line to check in for 5 minutes just to have someone called in front of me. I know everyone has stuff to do but at least tell me what I need to do. It takes 2 seconds to say "Just sign in here please." But no she had an attitude bout me coming up. The person she called wasnt even here. And yes i did wait for someone to step up before walking up.

If you were to get a serious STD it would be from here. She sat me on the same chair with a kid with scabs on his face, she didn't change her gloves and pierced through my nerve with at least 18g needle, it was the largest needle i've ever seen.*closes eyes, ok shes a pro, nope fire like pains through my whole arm immediately, something is wrong, she uses other arm with smaller needle i asked for and i leave in bad pain with a numb hand* 0/5 absolutely not okay

Impressed with Misty, hosting me at Labcorp in Los Banos. She welcomed me, assisted me w/check-in, was gentle w/bloodwork, genuine in conversation, was warm & engaging. Misty's Hospitality was perfect! 5 stars, and I'm picky. RECOMMEND.

Inconsistent hours. Working patients cannot get their blood drawn because they open late close early and close for an hour for lunch.
