I got the quesabirria pizza, a side of rice & beans, and a horchata. Everything was amazing, I am glad I finally checked them out. Will definitely be back soon

The birria pizza was not hot LIKE THEIR BOX SAYS , cheese was not melted just a bit too much for me
The meat inside tasted just like BOILED UNSEASONED ROAST that was cooked on high to long !!!
No seasoning on any of the beef !!!
THE CHICKEN Quesadilla was good a little oily but definitely the star of the night
The menu needs some revamping it’s to much , I’m just sad I have to go out to get dinner again after spending $60 here

Customer service wasn’t great. Corn on the cup was good. Pepino loco was missing half of the ingredients. Agua Fresca was not good whatsoever. And they ignored us in line and continuously skipped over us

I don’t understand why people are hating on this place. I really enjoyed the food and customer service was excellent. I’ll definitely be coming back whenever I’m in Las Cruces again.

Starting with the positives- food was good and the girl at the counter was nice and friendly.
Here's what got me: her and another girl were eating in the corner on top of a food prep area. The food prep area door was open and the food was exposed to her food and cheetos dust that was going everywhere. Personal drinks were also on the food prep service. She would eat and then go grab something for a customer without washing her hands. Even saw her lick her fingers and not once clean her hands before getting our food, plastic ware, cheese dip and lid. Not at all to code for food safe certificates. They need to be retrained in this area. If I had not already paid for the food we would have walked away.
Also, whoever designed the menu needs to try again. Too busy looking up against the busy wall art. The jumbled of the pictures and words need ro be more orderly on the menu for easier reading. My daughter and I almost didn't stop there because of that.
Won't go back.

I've been here 5 times and always had a good experience. I don't know when or where they say the issues are from. Drinks are great! Desserts are good. Next time I'm getting take out and see how the food is too.

They have great ice cream but poor customer service I've been dealing with customer service for 13 years and counting. I think they need to be trained on how to handle crowds when it gets super busy they are young they have a lot of learning and growing up to do when it comes to business. Slow down, listen and take orders correctly and if someone doesn't know or understand explain it this is not to bash them but to encourage improvement in these areas so if it's being mentioned more than once it's not the people it's them 3 different strangers can't tell the same lie..
