Pésimo servicio, en primer lugar el servicio al cliente es lo peor, el muchacho es muy lento y tímido a la hora de atender. Los nachos que compré tenían mala presentación, eran puros pedazos y el queso estaba frío. He ido a la MICHOACANA PREMIUN y ahí el servicio es el mejor, los nachos están todos ordenados y enteros.

I went Saturday dec 7 and a gentleman named Santi was working the night shift. Gentleman is a kind word compared to his behavior. It was clear he didn’t want to be there from the moment we entered and asked questions about the esquite. He was cussing and had rude comments to the point where I ended up leaving my order that wasn’t touched because of loss of interest after dealing with him. When he was on the phone with the manager I asked to speak to him in which he ignored me. The whole experience was disgusting especially acting and speaking that way in front of a toddler and baby.

Worst place to go get ice cream went in there and girl had me waiting then comes and still has me waiting and tells me to hold up longer with a very bad attitude. If u dont like your job you shouldnt be working there specially with that attitude

Good ice cream but not parents friendly, I asked for a small bowl for my 6 year and 8 year old and they made a huge bowl for them. Not only then way too expensive but also too much sugar for the little ones.

The new employee(male) is definitely there To make the business look bad, this was the second time in a week that I go to get strawberries and cream. Today he stated that the strawberries were spoiled, and he couldn’t serve them When the strawberries were right behind them as shown in the picture. I believe he just did not want to prepare them. Also the Agua Fresca that I got was spoiled tasted really bad. After we walked way we looked back at him as and he had ran to the fridge to grab the strawberries and maybe hide them or toss them away. Won’t be shopping here any more

Small venue, but employees were effective if not engaged. Pine nut ice cream was absolutely delicious, and sampling the ice cream was a fun way to pick a flavor.

This location is inside the santa ana mall. I am super disappointed with this location because the agua de fresca (strawberry drink) tasted like chapstick. The oreo ice cream was filled with so much sugar you couldn't even taste the vanilla. It was a waste of money and we threw our stuff away. I dont usually throw ice cream away but I did because I was too embarrassed to ask for my money back. Figured just to never go there again. Please stay away, you don't want that inside your body. Go to the location nearby that's outside of the mall inside.
