Megan did her thing! I am so happy with how my nails turned out after not having them for several months. Gel x nails is the way to go. Highly recommend this salon. I’ve done here for 6+ years now 🤎

The owner scolded me for coming back with 3 chipped nails after less than a week. She refused to fix them, despite their 2 week policy. I’ve been coming here 10 years and supported them through the pandemic, a loyal customer should never be treated this way.

They were not the same as the picture and unfriendly. It didn't clean up the surrounding flesh well, and the glue stuck around it remained, making the skin dry.

Honestly will be my new go to place. Very nice work, quick and friendly. I was worried at first because of some of the negative reviews but honestly this will be my new go to spot.

Left without my nails done, never got called out of my waiting chair.

They let me sit there waiting for over an hour and never told me they were too busy to see me or to come back later.

Person after person came in (5 to be exact) and kept getting seen before I did. I finally addressed the staff and they seemed to care less. When I asked why they didn’t tell me they were too busy, they said they forgot about all of the appointments coming in… then told me to make an appointment next time.

Overall, without an appointment don't expect to be seen or even addressed. Very unprofessional and a huge waste of time.

Whom I assume is the manager has been rude to me twice (I really like Jen so went back when I knew she was in). Today I was talking to my daughter on FaceTime discussing Christmas and the manager had Jen tell me I was too loud so I turned phone down but apparently upset her because they told me to hang up. They have stands for you to use for cell phones. Now if my daughter had been sitting with me we would have been louder so didn’t understand the issue. I ignored the request until done getting nails done. I believe was retribution for my last visit last month when Jan was off and I miss understood pricing and questioned the manager. She got very upset. When I paid today Jen was profusely apologetic but I told her I understood where the harassment was coming from and told her I wouldn’t be coming back. Customer has the right to question pricing and she should have got over it. I also told Jan to let her know “Bless her heart” she definitely needs to grow a thicker skin. They are not bz at 1 on Saturday and not surprised if customers are being treated this way.
