The last picture was the look I was going for, now I didn't want to pay $15 extra for the chrome coat so I knew they wouldn't look like the picture. I have went here over 10 times and a few times my nails have looked great. But this time was the worst. They have all kinds of dips from the polish not being even and they are all misshaped some even pointed to the side. Not to mention the manicure consisted of soaking in water cutting cuticles and rubbing on lotion to my forearms and hands. No cuticle oil or anything. They did send me home with a gift of cuticle oil though. Very upset with this nail job.? Was getting them done for a Christmas party but now it will be embarrassing for anyone to see them.

Absolutely terrible! Kim was so rude. My nails look horrible. Kim refused to fix nails until the manager came. I am just so upset, I wanted to do something special for myself and came out crying.

My husband went for his first pedicure. Mary did it for him.
He said he will definitely go back.
I am always pleased with my manicure and pedicure with Mary or her husband Lee. They are both great and so nice as well

Emily is so great! She is very friendly and every time she does my acrylics she is very careful to make sure I'm happy and satisfied before I pay and leave. My 13 year old daughter also gets acrylics and loves her as well. The environment in the salon is relaxing and friendly and there is conversation to be had between manicurists and customers if desired. They are always busy with men and women all getting manicures and pedicures. They also provide manicures and pedicures for children. Best place in Trussville and extremely convenient!

I love Kyle Nail very much. Been rocking w my girl Tule for 8 years before there was even a Kyle nail. You show her want you want she will do her best to ensure you like your service . Please say something before walking out so she can fix right then and there! Very professional and family like❤️.

I have very thin, delicate nails with ridges. I take vitamins, I do all things you're supposed to...and tried more. Decided to start having my nails professionally done again. I can not brag enough on Matilda. The time and care she spends on my nails. I've tried different salons on 280, Hoover and here in Trussville. Tule and Matilda are absolutely wonderful! Thank you ladies! I shared a few of nail pictures.
