This korean salon doesn't care about customers

Came to get my hair colored, but left with bleach burns

Charged me $350+ for bleaching my hair two times, didn't even get my hair colored

I repeatedly told them that my head hurts, but they blamed my scalp for being so sensitive

Now I have to spend extra money, to cover up the cost of THEY did to my hair, to buy aloe vera gel and neosporin for my head

You can't blame the customer for having a sensitive scalp or that it was THEIR choice to come here,

They won't even give you a refund, because they blame the customer

Owner did not treat me with respect, haircut only lasted less than 5 minutes and it was terrible, he didn’t follow my orders and he only asked what length i want and it was pretty expensive for this service which was $50 so i strongly wouldn’t recommend getting a haircut with the owner as it’ll just ruin your hair.

2년 전엔 좋았는데 샴푸칠 비누칠을 하는건지 마는건지.. 비누칠 대충 행구고 끝.. 만져보니 머리 안에 샴푸 남아있음.. 원장님이 헤어컷 했는데 앞머리에 큰 구멍 하나 뚫린 기분.. 40불의 값어치.. 한국 이발소에서 4천원 줘도 이거보단 잘 해줘요..

Worst haircut I’ve ever got in my life with a hair barber (Jeff) who couldn’t cut a hair style for me based on a picture I showed. And looked at me confused and angry asking me “what number”, since when does a customer need to tell a hair stylist exactly what number for them to figure out a style. Done in literally 3 minutes and sent off for styling which ended up with an incredibly ugly hairstyle since Jeff thinks he’s too good to even ask his customers for feedback during the haircut. $55 before tip and then gives a cold tayaki. Bad and strange experience. Never come here!!

Best place for Korean hair styles! Super satisfied with the results and the customer service was fantastic. They offer complimentary snacks like Taiyaki and drinks. They washed and blow dried my hair before and after the perm and cut and styled it afterwards to the hairstyle I wanted. I highly recommend this place to any guy looking for a place that can do Korean hairstyles.
