Helpful staff and got what I was looking for. The bad reviews of this store are from trashy people who don't know how to read instructions or shoplift. Someone else really gave 3/5 because the selection is not as wide as Amazon. You expect a small store to carry everything and then give a bad review when they can't. They went into an Asian beauty store and are complaining the store is not English friendly because the products are in another language 🤣

Small, condensed beauty store with sparkly, white walls and lights. It's a little confusing for an English speaker to navigate but there's always someone quick and eager to help. Beauty products and a few gift items geared towards Asian women who are looking for specific beauty products as this store does not provide a wide selection.

I bought the hair dye here,White hair did not cover up, but also the original black hair dyed white, like a bald man. Halloween is coming. It's too bad. The anger was indescribable.

Best place for Korean& Japanese skincare and cosmetics beauty products.

This is my favorite place that I can get almost all HOT selling items I saw online. Without waiting and no posting fee needed, just get it in the store with sample trying ready.

Never returned anything from the store I bought. We should let more people know this place.

I came here a couple times and all the employees were super nice and helpful. They have a good selection of canmake products (but they sell out quick.) The employees also told me when they restock, so just ask. Most of the products are Japanese but they do have some Korean skincare like the tirtir foundations.

I recently visited this adorable store and was blown away by the customer service. I completely forgot the name of the girl with the short hair who helped me, but I wanted to give her a special shout-out. She was so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. She went above and beyond to help me find the perfect items, and she made my shopping experience a pleasure.
I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a unique and enjoyable shopping experience. The customer service is truly top-notch!

I just moved to San Jose, California. This was one of the first shops I came to because I love skincare. They have very trendy products. I buy sunscreens from here but it is pricey.
One thing I dislike from this place is how I feel like I’m being followed by a staff member whenever I’m shopping here. It makes me feel uncomfortable.

A nice store with a variety of options. Save a lot of shipping time by purchasing in-store. Prices are reasonable, and some sale items are even cheaper than online.
