I love this store! Super honest, great variety and prices! They are always super honest & friendly and helpful, UNLIKE Tahoe keys liquor store... They over charged me so many times for cigs and red bulls...My husband went in for me one day and they tried to over charge for cigs... I have not returned and will not... Thieves will never secure my business, they even tried shorting me on my lotto ticket wins... I shopped there for appx. ten years and they hired new staff who began stealing from me. Overcharging me for cig's and misc... last straw for me...

I have been shopping at this establishment for almost three years now. King's is by far the best liquor store in town, their selections of beer and wine is incredible. The Gentlemen here are truly best in town, the reviews stating that the staff/owner are rude or unpleasant are completely false. Any time I have come in I have NEVER had a bad experience. Their prices are fair and competitive for the local market. Don't waste your time or money at any other place!

Prices are triple the price of smart and final right down the street. Worker watched us like we were going to steal the entire time yet we spent 250. I lowered my stars based on the response from the business as if I'd be dishonest with my review smh. 💯 honest. Also go to smart and final down the street because same bottles are extremely less price.

I am so sad to share a bad review of this place because we always go out of our way to support local businesses when we are in Tahoe (or anywhere because my husband is a small business owner). Im not sure what is up with the person who was working on 10/26 at 3:30pm or the same person that was working on 10/25 but he was a complete jerk each day. I know we aren’t locals, but if you only want locals shopping here then post a sign. As I said we love to support small business owners because my husband is one also so we always seek them out.

This is the best liquor store in town. All guys who work there are very friendly, they have never over charged on anything I’ve purchased like some have commented. Prices are the same as everywhere else in the basin, the owner is the best!

Guy working here was racist towards us. he was rushing us into buying and treating us like a thief or shoplifter. While treating the white lady behind us like they were married. If you don’t wanna work on Christmas then don’t come to work it’s that simple.

Cashier was rude, rang up my drink with an even price (no change).. so I checked reviews and saw other reviews saying they inflate prices. So I went to another store to get the same drink and it was cheaper. Seems like they shouldn’t be trusted. Sketchy. The man behind the counter was a big gruff guy with an attitude

Best customer service and an amazing selection of beer and alcohol. The owner is very nice and prices are incredibly fair when compared to others in the Tahoe area. Love this place for all my alcohol and smoke needs!
