i went to this salon and sat in seat #7 the man doing my nails was absolutely horrible. When he drilled my cuticles he went really far down and also cut the skin around my nails and now they’re swollen and painful and my left thumb looks scary. The first design i asked for they didn’t have the polish thats on the book they give you, the second color i decided i’d try even though i didn’t want it came out in chunks and he told me sorry it’s expired after putting it on me, when i finally got a color that worked he kept messing up the design so i suggested to just change the whole design to simple daisies with white petals and a pink middle and he couldn’t even do that right i don’t like to talk bad but im not satisfied at all with how they turned out the more i look at them the worse the get i wanted to cry when we left the store this was supposed to be a fun experience with my aunt and cousin and it made me upset. i just wanted to put it out there not to seat in seat #7 and request Long if you do go my cousins nails turned out amazing also i was just looking at my nails again and my thumb nail is slanted ? and every nail is uneven:(

This is my favorite salon in the area. The staff are personable, nice and attentive. I get gel overlay. I went to another salon in another state for a refill and the guy had absolutely no idea what I wanted. He made of mess of my nails so I just told him to leave them alone. It looked like mice had been nibbling on them! Long fixed them for me and he knows I like them short!! He did an incredible job! Definitely recommend.

If you go, pay attention to the screens in the salon. They show various scenes of Vietnam and its beauty. It’s surprisingly captivating!

I enjoyed the tech that did my nails. She did a great job. However, the chairs my two friends and I sat in were filthy. The arm rests and little tables haven't been wiped down for some time. They were sticky and had residue from previous uses. If they don't wipe down their chairs at the end of the day what else do they not clean? Just a thought to ponder

Absolutely horrid! I would give 0 stars if I could. I went in for a basic acrylic fill in and gel polish and it was so bad that I ended up just leaving without getting my nails painted. The nail tech left nail polish from my previous fill in on my nails, the application of acrylic was uneven and she spent at least an hour filling down the globs of acrylic she painted on my nails. Then the tech got upset when I kindly asked her to file them evenly. I was so upset I didn’t even want to sit through nor pay for her to half heartedly polish my nails. The fill in came out to $35! Not to mention that their last health score was 90% READ IT! - I would never recommend this salon to anyone, ever. Beware!

Use discernment because a lot of those 5 star reviews are fake!
I went back in to discuss my experience and the tech threw $5 down on the counter, pushed my hand away, and proceeded to tell me, “you don’t know anything about nails.” Again, patronize them at your own risk.

My daughters and I came in for a set of acrylic nails. My daughters each had a specific design photo they loved. The technician created their designs perfectly. I choose a solid color, my nails are beautiful!

I’ve patronized many nail salon in the area and Kim’s is by far the BEST. The pedicure technicians always do an amazing job never a rushed job all are very meticulous.
