I walked in for a fill in, was seated right way. My nail tech was very sweet and did exactly what I wanted and my nails look beautiful! I was in and out of there in less than an hour! I will definitely go back!

I was a walk in. Before this experience, I would drive 45 minutes to get to my nail tech so I decided to try this one since it is only 7 minutes away from home. Mark was really good. I was very impressed by the quality of his work and professionalism. I am coming back. I have found the place to care for my nails.

They seemed nice enough. They followed social distancing guidelines pretty well. They did not make any conversation which is alright for me but maybe not for everyone. I was sad to see that somehow not even an hour after I had left my pedicure was chipped. I hadn't done anything except walk around.

I visited this salon in October 2020 and was treated poorly by the owner and staff. They made me wait an hour and wouldn’t let me wait inside. I wanted a pedi and I didn’t get that. I was waiting patiently in my vehicle and the owner came to my car and asked my weight. I was taken aback‼️ She then try’s to show me a weight limit on the chairs but no sign was posted in the business. I was floored and the owner kept asking my weight. I told her to forget it and I took my business elsewhere. Kimle Nail owner is dispicable‼️ She discriminated against me by my size and race‼️ The white customers were able to sit inside while they made me wait outside. They should’ve told me straightforwardly they didn’t want to serve me because of my size! I’ve had manicure there before but this would have been my first pedi. I went to #1Nail in Dadeville Al and they welcomed me right in. Kimle Nail has to do better business or needs to be shut down‼️

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had in a nail salon. I walked in and asked for the “dip powder” for my nails. The owner was so rude and said “she didn’t have time for me.” I guess I wasn’t a local or did not look like I had the money. I was totally pushed out the door. I was Completely mortified. I absolutely DO NOT recommend this salon.

i absolutely love this place. my mom and i are literally best friends with the employees. i never EVER go anywhere else to get my nails done. they have never messed up my nails for the two years i’ve been going there.

Walk-ins are not welcome even if no one is waiting or do they not take black customers. I do not recommend this place. Worse out of town experience in Alexander City.
