I’ve been coming here for over 10 years and absolutely love it. :).

The owner, Yen, is highly knowledgeable and has many years of experience as an esthetician and knows the industry very well. She offers an array of products to specifically cater to your individual and unique skin type and needs during each facial. She also carries a diverse variety of the skin care products used.

I highly recommend this place as it’s very affordable in comparison to the other Western spas, medical spas, or nail spas etc.
In addition, they also offer a membership package with a complimentary facial.

Give this place a try and request Yen! 🙂

This store is cool. We purchased Obagi products and they were at least 15% cheaper than everywhere else I researched, including online. And they take credit cards so seems on the level.

First time getting a facial and I had an amazing first experience. I got a full facial for 1.5 hours with Mimi, and plan to come back for a follow up in the recommended 3 weeks. The place is very clean and the customer service felt very personalized. They take a look at your skin and advise what treatment you should get. Left my skin feeling baby skin soft and bright. Can not recommend a better place.

I've been going to Kanebo for years! I mainly go for facials and chemical peels, and getting these treatments regularly have helped my skin so much! All of the ladies there are so kind and experienced. I feel really comfortable sharing my skin concerns, and they truly listen in order to give the best advice they can. Mimi is my go to girl! I was looking for something which helps with large/clogged pores, and Yen recommended Nano Facial after checking my skin. As she explained it to me, the procedure helps with minimizing my pores appearance, and helps serums and nutrients penetrate through the outer layer of the skin, activating cellular renewal. I have low pain tolerance, but she was very gentle and checking in with me regularly for any discomfort. I'm glad the whole process was painless. I'm noticing changes to my skin texture overall after a week since the treatment. Pores are less noticeable and skin appears more vibrant and plumper. I'm very happy with the result. I'm glad I find this place and will come back for continuous treatments.

This salon is an East-side San Jose institution, and I don’t know what I would do if they ever closed. The prices have gone up a little over the years, but to pay $80 for a full service facial, including extractions and massage, is an amazing deal. These women are meticulous in their work and so nice. Some might have heavier hands than others when it comes to extractions, but they get the job done, and my skin always looks amazing the day after a treatment. They have a package deal, where you pay $400 for 6 facials, meaning you only pay about $67 for each facial treatment!

Anyway, I’ve been going here for years and want to show them love, especially with how hard things have been with COVID. Would recommend this place to anyone who wants a quality salon facial.
