JoAnn is the best of the best! I’ve been coming to Jojo’s Nails for 5+ years and my gel nails and toes always look perfect. JoAnn keeps up with the trends and always has the best colors and newest techniques.
Love her and her staff!

I keep giving this place a chance and this last time is my last. Been going to this place since new management. You’d think they’d change out their polish cause everytime I get acrylic, pedicures, manicures my polish chips. Even the gels don’t last! My gels always chip within a few days!! The last straw for me was making an appointment and still having to wait an hour until they got to me. They rushed through my mani pedi and didn’t even give any massages or anything. I will no longer try this place anymore. Im over it.

NEW OWNER has made this place awesome!! I Highly Recommend! This is now my favorite Sherman Oaks treasure! Excellent gels and pedicures and the chairs are awesome! It's clean and the owner, Joanne, stays on top of everything and loves customer feedback. I love supporting this local business and enjoying great service!

I don't know if the other reviews are fake and I never leave a bad review, but I feel like I wasted money and time. I do very basic gel manicure, but my nails came out uneven and LUMPY.

On top of that, my technician took an hour and a half because she left me alone with thre acetone for probably 30 minutes. I should've said something because my shin was burning, so that's on me, but she was on her phone walking around snacking.

Just so unprofessional. The man (I think Jojo?) seems like he had all thre happy customers, so if you're going to go, maybe just book with him.

I'm just so disappointed. Really wanted to just find a place to get my nails done...

Amazing pedicures. I just had a basic pedicure and it was excellent my manicurist was named ivy. The more little you add to your pedicure I'm sure the more luxurious. A little pricey but very well worth it clean good selection of colors and a quiet and Serene atmosphere. A good place to relax so turn off your cell phones and enjoy.

Very Bad Customer Service! Lazy nail techs , told me they don't do designs but have ads full of nail art? and as I insisted on design they insulted my nail design idea.. (When actually I got a lot of great compliments on design afterwards) Why would they be so rude to me..? ummmmm maybe because I was only one of my color..
They were very polite to the Caucasian women even offered them water too...
Unfortunately went back again 2nd time (Emergency + nail shop is in my neighborhood!!) This time they were even MORE RUDE & DISGUSTING towards me.. The lady ask me what I needed done & I said Fill in only.....she insist on pedicure too but I didn't need one....since fill in didn't add up to price they wanted , she rudely ask to see my hands, stared at them & rubbed my Gel nails, (as if something was wrong) (when their the ones who put them on 1st time)... then that rude lady walked away to a Tech, talked their language amongst themselves (laughing) and they sent me away & asked me to come back another time!!!!! WOW!!!? When it was only one woman in front of me & they weren't closing for another 1hr & 30 min!!! HORRIBLE PEOPLE Please don't go there!! Over Priced and their skills SUCK!!!!!!!! If your a woman of Color definitely recommend to not go there, their not friendly to People of Color!!
