Absolutely the best service, the best employees! They have been, and continue to be so helpful with prescription(s), refill(s), and have went over, and above on getting prescriptions other pharmacies just gave me the run around on for months!
They are knowledgeable regarding prescription and insurance and follow-up customer service is 10 ?!

Always a pleasant experience. The staff is always kind and courteous. They have everything under the sun plus some. A huge selection of hygiene products as well as personal health and wellness items. They process prescriptions quickly and I’ve never had a bad experience with them. I highly recommend this Pharmacy

My elderly parents take so many prescriptions that can cross, change often and need immediately. For years they have been on top of it! I could never imagine entrusting such an important thing to someone I don’t know. Jim does more than just fill pill’s correctly and in perfect time (within limitations of course), he is our family doctor on the front lines of medicine . Thanks

This pharmacy is staffed by friendly loving and caring people. You receive small town service with high tech amenities. Just like the "big chain" pharmacies, Jim's Pharmacy notifies by text, email, or phone when prescriptions are ready or it is time for a refill. On the retail side of the store, the staff assists you in making correct choices, and if they don't have what you need, they will get it. What a great experience it is to be greeted by name as you walk through the front door! To sum it up, Jim's Pharmacy treats you like family!!!

We have a little one that has been recently diagnosed with an auto immune disease. It has been scary, overwhelming but everyone at Jim’s Pharmacy has been wonderful! They are always our advocates, they make extra efforts to ensure that they have all the supplies she needs, even the specialty ordered items. They have delivered her life saving medicine to our door when we could not get there. They have advocated for our munchkin with her physician’s office and her insurance company. They are caring beyond belief and we count them as blessing, allies in our fight against this disease. I can’t say enough good things about this pharmacy and every single employee there. They care and that is a rare thing these days.

My dog has been on 5 medications twice a day for 2 years for her heart and it has been a struggle not only to quarter small pills and sort her meds every day, but I also feel mean having to give her all these pills twice a day. My vet said Jim's Pharmacy could offer her most expensive medication at a lower cost and when I went to talk to them, I found out that they make treats out of the medicine. I asked if they could combine her other 4 medications with it and they said no problem! They were so helpful and patient working with my two vets to get all of the prescriptions together and have combined everything into one small treat that she eats twice a day. What a life saver for both me and my sweet baby! I actually have another dog on 2 meds once a day and Jim's has also combined those into a treat. I can't say enough about the wonderful service Jim's provides and the great communication during the start up of this effort. If all of that isn't wonderful enough, I'm also saving a lot of money every month! I highly recommend Jim's for both people and pets, they are great!
