I have been getting acrylics and gel pedicures at Jenny’s Nail Salon for two years now! They are the absolute BEST! First I went to the location in North Hollywood then the Sherman Oaks location and now that is my go-to location (closer to me). They are always so kind to me and treat me like family. Everyone is very talent and goes above and beyond to make sure I am satisfied with my nails. Jenny’s is also very well priced for the area and the quality of service. I have referred multiple friends here and they always love it. Seriously highly recommend to anyone looking for stylish, trendy and quality nails!

The people are very nice but the service was honestly not worth the cost. This is my pedicure right after I walked out, I’m still wearing the sandals, the polish is bumpy and the nail corners don’t look like I just got a pedicure. I also got cut on one foot nail which kinda sucked. I just filed my hand nails and did a a nail color so I’m not concerned with my cuticles, but she didn’t file them short like I asked. I had a short middle nail and she just left all the other nails kinda long and now my nails just look off ima go home and cut them to make them even. It honestly looks like I did the job myself.

Got my nails done here for the first time, just got them removed & I have a fungus from my nails I got done here. Not sure how sanitary this place is…sadly won’t return & have to keep an eye on my nails now. Lady was nice there though.

Literally saved my nails I went to another saloon the same day that destroyed my nails and was very bad French manucure (Mailan) and then they took me in emergency did an awesome job because they broke my nails before they saved them make them so pretty so thank you I’ll definitely come back all the time I’m in LA to this shop ❤️ very professional kind and they do awesome nails 🫶🏻🫶🏻

I’m so disappointed. It was my first time trying this place.. I got my nails done (dipped) on a Friday and these are them literally 4days later (Tuesday)… polish peeling off. Mind you, I work in healthcare so my hands are always in gloves and protected. Usually my nails last! but not from this place. I should have known when the nail tech literally finished my nails in 30min 🤦🏻‍♀️ Definitely not worth $70 !!

Staff is nice but my manicure was way over priced for the quality I paid $45 for gel and 4 days later my nails are chipping off. Also I’m upset my cuticles were not done so it looks like I just have an old grown out manicure and just had my nails done 4 days ago I’m disappointed

I got asked over 5 times by phone and in person what I wanted and if I wanted it for sure. After over communicating I was turned off and definitely didn’t trust anymore if they would do just a normal gel extension. I was being super clear and simple. I ended up just getting my old gel removed and that’s it, I made it clear I didn’t want anything done and that I’m just trying to be understood and easy with them. The entire time there I was being asked if I wanted at least a manicure, a cleaning, and color anything. Never coming back

Even though they close at 5 on Sundays they still allowed me to come and get services since Google says 7! I was mortified but they were so kind and welcoming when I showed up at 5:01. I’ve been coming here for a year and this just reinforced why. I always leave so pleased with my nails and toes and highly recommend.
