We waited an hour with an appt for our daughter and they never saw us and kept taking more people over us that just walked in. Our daughter left crying since she’s a kid and didn’t understand. Terrible service, last time we went the nails were thick and not great which is why we only took our little daughter. Never going back.

I really wanted to like this place! So close to my house…went there because they offered the unicorn powder and the very young and has to be extremely inexperienced girl gave me by far the worst pedicure I’ve ever had…and I’m old…I’ve had hundreds of pedicures…she made me bleed…both on my skin and nail beds…I was going on vacation the next day and I couldn’t wear closed toe shoes…I wound up with an infection on both great toes…such a shame…beware!! One bad pedicure ruined their reputation for me!

Have been here 3 times, I'm looking for a new place since my regular lady left. Let's just say I won't be back! The customer service sucks big time. I've had my nails done by Ashley the last three times. She didn't do a very good job, I asked her to please not make my nails so thick, she didn't like that. She doesn't even make any eye contact. This last time I went, I chose the same color for toes and nails. They were both different. They told me that all cookies are different, they just argued with me, when clearly they were different. Even the people sitting next to me said it was different. I left unhappy with different color nails for the sake of not arguing. I returned the next day and asked them to re polish. They were not happy, all they did was grumble in their language and made me feel more uncomfortable. They even tried to convince me that the color was the same. I've been getting my nails done for over 30 years, so frustrating. I will never come back, they lost a very good and loyal customer.

I brought the girls (ages 5 and 7) in for manis and pedis, and they loved it. The staff were nice, friendly, and really patient - especially with the 5 year old. 4 stars for now only because I haven't had a chance to go for myself. Pricing wasn't bad either.

I went to this place a while back and did not like it very much. The place I normally go to is always understaffed and today they actually turned me away and told me to come back tomorrow. That's how I ended up at Ivy nails and I LOVED IT!!! They had six people working and there was no wait. "Rosie" was very gentle with my nail that I smashed on a window. My nails look absolutely beautiful. I'll be back.

I would go to this place again, would give it 5 stars. The reason why i am not is because they got noticeable annoyed with my daughter when she changed her mind from a manicure to getting a full set. If it was a problem they could have expressed that instead of doing a halfway job on her nails.

Terrible service. They are rude, rough and cut me while doing my pedicure and then act like it’s your fault for just sitting there. I have never had my nails come out as horrible as they did here. My gel French manicure tips were see through as she didn’t put enough coats on and were completely crooked. I will never go back
