not to be that kinda person but i wish i could leave one star. My best friend and I went to go get our nails done and saw that this place is new and local. We walked in and the guy doing her nails and the lady doing my nails were looking at each-others designs as they were doing them and laughing at us the whole time. The lady doing my nails was complaining that my nails were small and that she had to dip the tips in acetone to make it fit ( i've never had this problem ? ) Their manager was walking around and monitoring them and laughing at me and my friend too. when it came time to pay we both paid $80 for some janky nails. my friends were okay and she can do her own review but as for mine they were chunky and bubbly, they flooded my cuticle, and broke skin, the design just wasn’t good ( ill provide photos of what i waned, what i got, and the fixed ones) they weren’t even FILED to shape. they were crooked. ( my friend came over to fix mine thankfully as she used to do nails nails for YEARS even she said they were done very badly and not up to code. ) I’ve added some before and after photos. it was hard for me to get how chunky they were before but they're cute now. but DON’T. DO NOT go here they’re not doing it print and they OVERCHARGE. i paid $85. I’ve gotten better at the place by the walmart marketplace for cheaper and they're super sweet.

New owners and increasingly high prices leave less than a desired result. Visible tension of employees being openly rude to each other, not a welcoming business like it used to be. Quality of work is also a concern on products lasting more than a week.

I love this location Vivian is amazing and the entire staff so friendly they did my pedicure and fill. Every design I asked for they were able to create. offered me water and continued to check on me to make sure I was comfortable. I strongly recommend this place.

Will definitely be returning here!!

I really really wanted to like this place. Linda was beyond sweet and she wanted to make sure I was satisfied in every way but she simply was just not good at doing nails. There was just too many bad things too ask her to fix. I have never felt more like I wasted $60 on a feel! She suggested to do designs on my nails which I completely regretted after she did them. My nails look like a 5-year-old did them. I hate to say it but I will never be going back. My daughter also got a full set which her Nail Tech was done with in 25 minutes. Her nails also look like a child did them. I am not shocked now that the place was empty when we first entered.

This great place is under new management and lots of fun and friendly. Ing does a great job on my nails. She is very creative and does a beautiful job. It is a great place to go! I highly recommend it.

I have been here 5 times and the last two have been horrible. Unless you ask for long nails and a desing, they will not make your nails look good. I asked for short natural nails because of work and i got this. I asked for them to be down to the finger tip. I did not ask for pointy nails or lifted nails. She also left multiple times to help another lady who asked for a design and kept leaving. I was super uncomfortable and i paid and left normally. I have always communicated with the lady that helps me and my nails look normal usually. The last 2 times the owners helped me and I get bad nails as a result.

I made an appointment in person two days in advance with Thomas and on the of my appointment I was told to seat down by the the female owner. Thomas was already doing a pedicure and I owner told that it will be a little time wait. Unfortunately it was nothing but a long wait and by the time Thomas started with me he apologize and told me that he was told to take walk up client who did not have appointment. I took
notice both owners were there but nothing changed. I will not recommend this place. Poor service and feel bad for those that work there and one of my nails have already an issue.

I asked for some simple brown french tips and they tried charging me $15 extra for the french tip cause they don’t do them there. Two people had to re do my nails multiple times and would get mad when i didn’t like the result. I would tell them how I wanted my nails and they would start talking bad about me thinking i wouldn’t understand what they were saying. They charged me $55 and I was not happy, they lowered the price down to $45 just because my mom goes there. Never returning again. These nails are no where near worth the price I payed.
