Purchased two packs of hair today. Wasn’t 100% certain about the color matching so I asked whole checking out if I’d be able to exchange it if unopened. The cashier didn’t sound confident when responding saying she didn’t know how that would work as the hair is on clearance. The return policy should be clear to the employees and should be posted as well. Also, there was two prices on the pkg and I was charged the higher price and pushed back insisting I should be given the lower price. She then went on to say that the clearance items were 30% off, which had absolutely nothing to do with the price tag. The discount should’ve come off the lower price if there were two tags on the item! This is customer service 101! I was charged the higher price and then received the clearance discount. This was not correct, but I was too exhausted to push any further. Just do better please!

Overpriced, but I still support because they are the only black owned beauty supply in the immediate area. I’m a local braider, so I’m always in here. Unfortunately, I can only stock up on braiding hair when I go in. They have a PLETHORA of braiding hair. Other products like shine n jam yellow (16 oz), magic fingers shine n jam, AllDay locks braid gel, AllDay lock n twist and a few others are hardly ever in stock. I insist on getting the large jars because they are a better deal whereas multiple small ones add up a lot quicker. I also really wish they would consider opening up early (like 7 a.m?) for stylists like me who have 8 a.m appointments that maybe came unprepared or, for when us stylists just need to get things needed for the day instead of having to calculate an extra trip into an already hectic day. All in all, the place is great. I love the vibe and the workers are pretty welcoming and helpful.

Very long spaced are, semi hard to find. But looks like theirs a lot of fun things to purchase. I only walked around because I was looking for a different salon, but super nice.

This is a one stop shop. They have everything you need. If they don’t have it best believe they can order it. I started going to the murrieta location first. But this one is way bigger. I’m going to give the 4 star due to the fact of pricing on different brands & items. Started buying edge control for 10 dollar and now it’s 27.99 which is crazy expensive because I have seen it always for 7 dollars at another store.

A few weeks back I went into in the city Menifee right at opening. The store was opened on time and was actually quite busy. I needed some assistance, and CoyAnn was was amazing. She answered all my questions and explained how to find exactly what I was looking for on all the packages. I did need a lot of help and every time I went and get her, she was so nice and kept reassuring me that that wasn't being a pain in her side. I have been here a few times, but this time was a great experience, thank you CoyAnn.

They suck, and they are way over priced your better off ordering EVERYTHING from Amazon. They know they wrong for that shi plus they will try in steal your clients depending on the location they are at. Just bad business all the way around both black owned beauty supplys are over priced just get it form Jeff.
