Be honest, I was so disappointed when I first time be here last year.
I told the lady whom I already forgot the name my nails are not flat, she just ignored and made me a very bad shape fake nails with charging around $120.00, it made me super mad.
More worse!!!! the nails only kept less one week, and the glue start to fell off. I called, the lady explained it was normal because my nails not flat. So stupid reason. So what the $120.00 I paying for?! Even no apology.

I came here last Saturday again because I deposited $300.00 when I first coming. I told myself I will never come this Store again after using the credit.

However, I met Barbara this time who is the best worker here forever. She was so so professional with 100% patience and gave me very nice suggestions of my nails shape. After 2 hours and 40 mins, she made me very beautiful nails. It cost $180.00. But it worth. Especially, all the butterflies were 100% hand painted, not stickers. She was so surprised me. I believe most customers don’t mind paying more for the nails, unless they do great job and satisfy customers.
I read some reviews of this store, and I felt like the same. But Barbara changes my mind. Definitely, I will keep coming, but only ask for Barbara.
Remember, only ask for Barbara. She will make you getting what you really wanna.

The foot massage was good, but honestly, the pricing here is unreasonably high. My nail artist, Hannah, didn’t ask about the nail shape I wanted and didn’t follow the style I provided. I had informed the customer service team beforehand that I needed to redo the structured manicure on my nails so they would grow in a healthier shape. My current nails are C-shaped, which has been painful and could potentially lead to paronychia in the future. However, Hannah advised me not to redo the structure to “save money.” Instead, she only removed part of the previous gel and applied a thin layer on top. The shaping was poorly done, with uneven surfaces on some nails—honestly, I could have done a better job myself. Despite this, they informed me there would still be a service charge for gel removal, which felt unreasonable.

When I requested an almond shape, she insisted it would make my nails look “out of shape” or too “C-shaped,” , and she is professional that she knows better than I do, so I reluctantly agreed to her suggestion. However, it turns out the edges were still sharp, and they even caused cuts on my hands, which was disappointing. During the foot massage, the other nail artist (whose name I forgot) did did a nice job cleaning my toenails. However, Hannah complained about the extra cleaning I requested, mentioning how inconvenient it was for her to bring all the tools to the foot massage area. Her comments made me feel extremely uncomfortable and awkward.

When I showed Hannah pictures of the design I wanted, the manager quoted me around $145, which seemed fair for a complex design. However, Hannah continued to discourage me from redoing the structured manicure, saying it would cost too much. She then suggested trying the cat-eye gel colors she had brought to the store, claiming they were better than any other colors available. She showed me a silver cat-eye gel, but when I asked to see the rose-gold color, she dismissed it, saying, “That one isn’t as good as the one you have—just trust me.” By that point, I was too frustrated to argue further.
She then recommended a black French style, which I didn’t like, but she seemed excited about it. When I hesitated, she rushed me to decide and insisted on trying another variation. The final result was just okay.

In the end, I was charged $155. I left a 20% tip because the foot massage was great, but the overall experience was far from what I expected. Hannah mentioned multiple times that she has a “bad attitude” but gives “great advice.” Honestly, I just wanted to get it over with and leave. While I understand she may be going through a lot, I wouldn’t recommend this place due to the poor attitude and inconsistent pricing. You don’t get what you ask for, and the prices seem to change at their discretion.

The service is so bad and the nail art is just so-so. Paid 135 for pedi+mani. I don’t recommend them and it’s not worth the price.

Their nails are very beautiful. I saw them in their shop.The guests they make an appointment with first, if they don't make an appointment, it depends on whether they are lucky or not.

My daughter-in-law brought me over here, I am very pleased with the results.
The place is clean and decorated with Kawaii style: sweet and soft. There are many choices for gel nail colors and designs.
I particularly love the detailed work done by Rain. She spent quality time with me, doing very detailed and skilled work which I am very happy with!
Rain was a nurse when she was in China, so she can understand people and truly care about how you feel. She not only did great work on my nails but made the whole process very pleasant and shooting.
Highly recommend Rain!

我的儿媳带我来这里做指甲和蜜蜡。她是这里的常客，经常做美睫，也经常邀请我过来做指甲。但是因为我住在旧金山，不想在我这么远的地方尝试美甲服务。因为要过年了，所以这次我同意和她一起过来看看。她预约的美睫，我做Gel美甲。
没有想到我竟然非常满意这里的服务和环境，特别是美甲师Rain的服务非常细致，技艺精湛。非常推荐Rain 给注重质量的客人。
只是可惜我住在旧金山，不能常过来做指甲，但是一定会再光顾。

左边是我要的效果，右边是他们给我做的。看到这个样子明显就是他们根本做不出左边的样子，我说卸了吧，不做了，换一个简单的纯色，之后的纯色都做的和图片完全不一样。我只能直接要求他们卸了，我不做了，惹不起惹不起。最后磨掉指甲的时候那个女的直接把我的手指当棒槌磨，各种摆态度，有种全加州只有他们一家美甲店的感觉。我忍着气，不说话，想着赶紧弄完走人，最后他们还要收我$40，说因为帮我修了死皮，所以还是要收钱。前后没有一句道歉，一直强调他们花了时间就应该收钱。我的时间我的指甲只字不提，觉得他们做得没问题，不是100%一样但是也差不多。大家来看看这是差不多的事情么？总的来说这就是一家指甲做不好态度还贼差的店。客人的时间和指甲他们是不care做没做好的，他们只care收钱

Very sanitary after you leave they spray down where ever you where and make sure it’s sanitary before anybody else comes. Good service a bit pricey but besides that they have good quality. I love my nails!! They take their time and nails come out beautiful. 10/10 recommend.
