Love Tony - he did an extra great job today. He’s pleasant, meticulous. He trimmed my nails back perfectly. Took extra care as one of my nails needed extra attention. He made sure I was doing ok. I love the dip powder. I usually can wait 6 weeks, but this time it was 4 because one of my previously manicured nail colors was lifting away (caused by me, I know & nail getting long.) happy with my soft green color.

My 2nd time coming to this salon. Both visits have been amazing. The staff are very attentive and courteous. They clearly want their customers to feel pampered! Courtesy drinks are provided while having a spa pedicure, with a lot of packages available to choose from. They pay close attention to the customers' preferences (I prefer non-gel polish). All of the products seem high quality and smell gorgeous. They take their time and check in with the customer throughout the experience. Beautiful artwork on the big toe at the end. Very talented staff! The shop itself is a small space, but the high ceilings give a more open feeling. With large, mounted hanging lights and TV's on the wall, they create a beautiful setting. I love what they play on the TV. Both times, it has been a lady who seems to be in another country as she goes about her day. She's harvesting exotic looking plants from what seems like forest, then journeys to a town to sell her wares. At the end of each segment, it shows her preparing a dish to enjoy. Everything about the whole experience at this establishment encourages me to come back, and I highly recommend it!

Today was my first time here and I really really enjoyed it. My sister and I both came for manicures. They did a great job and we're very kind. I did a gel manicure for $40 and my sister did a regular manicure for $25. I liked this place and will definitely be back!

DO NOT GET YOUR NAILS DONE HERE

I got my nails done twice here and at first I really loved them. They obviously do not use clean files as the person doing my nails said the new file she was using was too sharp so she got one that was obviously used. They also reuse monomer which is super unsanitary. I still decided to come back because of the decent price and the location being convenient.
The reason why I'm writing such a terrible review now is because I tried to soak off my nails and I found out that they use ILLEGAL MMA monomer. It was gummy and VERY hard to remove (I didn't even get all of it off). My nail beds are also DESTROYED. They are very thin and painful to the touch and they also have dents in them from the efile being used too aggressively. I am heartbroken because my nails looked so long under the extentions and I've never been able to grow them that long and now I can't do anything to them until they become healthier. The price is not worth it. In total I spent around $120 and I wish I could get a refund

It doesn’t matter if you have an appointment or a walk-in - it’s first come, first serve. The first time I got my nails done, the technician did the wrong color and she had to do them all over. The second (and last) time, I got dipping powder and the nail technician tried taking a shortcut by not applying a base layer - I had to ask him to do it. This is what they turned out as. Thick and lumpy. Never going back.

Third time going here and it's my first time going to a shop in about two years. Since going here, I don't go anywhere else. They do an amazing job, the shop has a luxe vibe and they offer refreshments, even a mimosa. I see Anna, she's my preferred tech. I seen Anna twice and Trish once. Either or are good in my opinion. Anna is very gentle with me. I love coming here and will continue to do so. I usually get a gel french set on my toes and do the natural spa pedicure package. For my nails, I do a basic gel manicure.

Everyone was very nice. My toes were excellent. I was disappointed with my finger nails. my nails were shaped on the pointer side for me. I accidentally messed up the polish in the uv light and the paint job done to cover it was gloppy. The person who did my nails was nice but confused why I wanted to redo the color. Having to point out small flaws seemed pointless at this point. They are just nails and they will grow back and I can always paint them myself.

One more thing I’d like to add; I got normal nail polish and still had to put my fingers under the uv light. I don’t think it dried my nails.
