Has not been a good experience dealing with small claim court the lady at the front acts like she’s scared of people which if she is that is not the job for her. Second time dropped a receipt off to a different lady and she asked the small claims court lady if that’s all they needed and said yes without even knowing who it was. Court date was changed and they did not bother to call and tell us so we call up there and the girl I’m sure that’s scared of people answered and we was asking about it so she had to get someone else on the phone since she is so scared to handle anything her self. The other lady said they just got notified when it was literally posted this morning at 9am so sat there and lied to our faces and they didn’t even ask our name to know who it was which is very concerning. And the lady was sitting there yelling at us and hung up in our faces she didn’t even clarifying nothing to us.
