It’s been impossible for my doctor to get through or my insurance co to cover my medication. The phones have been down completely, I get a message that they aren’t available and I can’t leave a message cause it says their mailbox is full!!
As of Friday, Oct 25th, I still can’t get through after 4 days. One reviewer here complained about not getting through and he got a response from Horsnyder that the problem has been fixed but it has not been fixed or if so, it’s down again.
This made it very difficult for me and getting my medications filled on time or delivered, which is what I would have preferred.
I do want to add that one of the ladies at the front of the pharmacy counter have been better about being friendlier, at least one of them has:)
I also want to compliment the actual pharmacists in the back working hard to get our medicine filled in a timely manner.
Please fix your phone issues.. this really bad.

Everytime I have needed to bring my mother in here for anything, most all employees are not friendly, they don’t smile, and it just seems like they don’t like their job or want to be there. Not comforting at all. It’s actually very uncomfortable.

I guess it depends on who you are, or what you're there for or who helps you... I have mixed reviews... Also, Google maps will send you down the street from here, I mean like not even within eye shot of this place! It's frustrating because it's in a location where you're forced to drive around the empire neighborhood to get back to Horsnyder's parking lot. Then you never know what you're going to get when you arrive. You kid of have to pray a little that everyone working there woke up on the right side of the bed.

So many negatives: hard to reach pharmacy, send wrong prescriptions, only one person who actually knows what’s going on, often don’t answer phone or very long hold and then the wrong person, no automated ordering of refills. I’m Transferring to a more efficient source.
They were also un cooperative in executing that change. Only good thing is they did deliver. Useful for those with limited accessibility.

Due to an accident I lost half of my left foot and portions of my right. I require specially molded shoe inserts and shoes. William was brilliant at navigating the complexity of my insurance and got me a perfect pair of shoes. He kept in regular communication with me about progress and delivered my new shoes with a custom fitting. Thank you William!

I begin with the good, they have everything you will need for home care, and will work with you to be sure things work out.
OK, now the bad:
Their App sucks so bad it deserves mention. After you enter all information, you can order a refill. That's it. Unless there are no refills, then it simply gives you an error message with the land-line number for the very overworked pharmacist. The App has no texting capability, you can only leave a note during a refill, but all that data is lost forever if there;s no refill available. The app does not alert you when a prescription is ready, sometimes I will get a separate text, mostly, I must call the land-line for any and all needs, when a better App would take the burden off the poor pharmacist! Bad choice, Horsnyders!
Oh - and please never let an employee answer the phone if they are a person who does NOT listen, seems judgemental, only talks, and nearly every time they are wrong and I have to either call back hoping someone else answers, or have someone drive me there to straighten things out! I love you guys, but this happens way too often there. The place feels like a Mom-and-Pop that is ignoring technical progress to their detriment, and the customers too...
Yes, I am eyeing Walgreens drive-thru these days...
