Had an amazing experience! I came with inspiration photos, and my nail tech (Jamie) made my actual nails look wayyyyyy better than I could have imagined. So much care went into selecting exactly the right colors, executing the design, and just doing an overall amazing application (I got gel-x). I enjoyed the conversation and was floored by the end result. Highly, highly recommend!

I moved to Birmingham a year ago and was in search for a nail home, and I finally found it! I love everything about Hoover Nail and Spa, from the kind smiles and greetings when I walk in, to the soft music and refreshments!! Everybody who works here truly does care about your comfort and satisfaction. Not to mention the talent from their nail techs! I started off with Amy, who is phenomenal, and when she went on maternity leave, the salon worked with me to find the perfect replacement. Tee is patient, detailed, and knowledgeable. She really knows her stuff when it comes to color combinations, shape, etc. I can’t wait for my next design!! I finally used up my first client card, and I look forward to filling up the next one!

This is definitely my favorite nail experience! Everyone was very kind, professional, and extremely talented! Love love love!! These are the pink velvet nails that are done with the magnet. 10/10! Will only use this salon now. ?

I can not express how amazing this salon is! Not only did my daughter and I get amazing service the nails were on point! I want to gate keep my nail techs nail cause she was amazing but I won’t. Thao had me laughing the whole time but more importantly she made sure every nail was perfect and went out of her to make sure the under nail part was cleaned up wich is an unknown pet peeve of mine when it’s not. This was mine and my daughters first time and we are now regulars
Tee did the red Thao did the green. Considering I had no nails just little nubs and I wanted my nails to stay short she developed a plan to help me transition to builder gel and Tee did amazing on my daughter with builder gel.

So excited to find a place in the BHAM area that does builder gel! Miss Tina and the entire staff were so kind and accommodating, not just to me but I overheard their interactions with other customers as well. I was a first-time customer and they treated me as if I had been coming here for years. You can tell they really prioritize taking care of their customers. Tina took her time and did an incredible job on my nails! Shape and color is perfect, I’m so excited to come back! The salon was clean (and festive for Christmas which I always love). Would highly recommend this place.

I started going here because they’re one of the only places that offers builder gel. Kristy did my nails today and she was absolutely AMAZING. She paid so much attention to detail and I’m obsessed with my nails. I’ve already booked my next appointment with her!
