I have been going to Helen ever since high school when I fried my hair with a box bleach at home. She has saved my hair and style. She has dyed my hair fun wacky colors, natural colors, and everything in between. She knows how to cut short and long, easy. She makes edward scissor-hands become a reality when she snips away and leaves you with a flawless hairstyle. She is realistic with you when want a style or color and how possible it is. She won't give you unrealistic expectations but she can make you leave her studio extremely happy she did your hair.

Helen's salon is peaceful and relaxing and she is a great hairstylist and a great cutter. Especially for long hair too. She does such a good styling and cut job, I only need to go once every 6 months. There's also a good manicure and pedicure technician.

Horrible Experience with the hairstylist Helen, the owner.. If I could give less than one star, I would. In my opinion, she was extremely rude, disorganized, doesn't listen, and was late for my appointment.. In my opinion she didn't seem to be a particularly competent hairstylist. She screwed up my hair. She did what she wanted and not what I wanted, even though I was 'very' specific as to what I wanted! She rushed me along like I was one of the sheep. She said she would fix what she messed up on, and then she didn't. She just played games with this, and she did keep what I had paid her, without regard for my satisfaction. She then couldn't even remember that she had seen me before. It was ridiculous. I don't think she was capable of fixing my hair and what she messed up on anyway! She spoke far too personally about herself (and I hardly knew her), while not being sufficiently concerned about my hair. Would never return to this shop. I should add that I found it rather strange that there were no other hairstylists in this huge shop, except her. There are even chairs for other stylists. I think I can guess why there are not any others. Beware!!
