Tldr; I love seeing Helene since she has helped my nails grow longer than I have ever experienced in my life with soft gel alone.

When I made an appointment online with Helene, my main goal was to see an individual nail artist who could help heal my nails that were thin and brittle. Going to her office (which is genuinely an office with her as the technician; it is not a salon with multiple artists), was refreshing since it was a chill atmosphere.

When I booked online I ordered the BioTech nail gel not really knowing if it was what I wanted, but Helene was clear and gave me a very in-depth overview of what she thought my nails needed and what different types of gel would do for my nails. She was also honest; I didn't feel like she was trying to make me get a specific type of gel, but was genuinely helping me choose the best thing for me.

Long story short, I have been there three times going on four and I have never experienced my nails like this. They are actually /long/ and the gel stays on really well. I don't need to worry about getting extensions because after the first appointment, my nails were long enough that people are surprised when I tell them that they are real. Apologies for the less than glamorous picture, but here is what my nails look like a day after an appointment (we actually trimmed them down haha).

I highly recommend seeing Helene if you want to try out a different kind of gel; she will really help you with growing them and keeping them cute and strong.
