A friends called ahead of time to see how much a gel fill in was. Over the phone we were told it would be $30 for the gel fill in. Inside the salon was nice and they had a variety of colors and options. We checked in and waited to be sat. After I got my fill in I waited for my friends to get hers. The color I picked was super cute, but the quality was not. The nails were not even as far as length. The acrylic was not even. On my thumb one side was much thicker while the other side had the original acrylic from my first set. After my nails were painted the person doing my nails decided to file them over the nail polish. Once we got ready to pay we were charged two different prices, $38 and $40 for the same service even though on the phone they said it would be $30. The gel nail polish I got chipped literally two days after I got them done.

The quality isn't what it used to be. There is never a wait time but it could be because people are finding better service. The pictures are from after my service today.

I have been here 2 different times. The first time they didn't file my mother's nails smooth. The second time the polish was not the same consistency on the whole nail. I got a Mani/Pedi for my granddaughter and they didn't do a manicure on her. The girl was rushed because she was going home.

this place has gone down hill, use to be my favorite place, over an hour wait and all they kept saying was 10 minutes, helps if you actually have a nail tech there. if you want bad fill for 80 dollars then that is the place for you.

I've been using them for several months now and overall they are fantastic. Like all business's these days they struggle to keep staff and at times this impacts my visit. So, I allow plenty of time and I stay relaxed. I'm a customer whose loyalty they have earned.

I was the very first customer at their business today (June 28, 2022). I waited for an hour for someone to start on my pedicure. No one ever came by, spoke to me, checked on me, offered me a water, nothing. I was so disappointed. There was no courtesy extended.

I have been going here since they opened and have always had a great experience. They have always been able to do nail art that other salons had said no to.
Their prices are really great as well
