This was my first time in the shop and I was overall really impressed. Unfortunately, I did not get my tech’s name. He did an amazing job on the pedicure and fixed my broken toenail issue beautifully.

I also got a full set and am overall happy with them. However, I was disappointed when he came with rose stickers and rhinestones when my inspo photo was just paint design. The design photos the salon posted on google was the whole reason I came in, but it won’t deter me from coming back. I will make it more clear that I need a tech who can handle nail designs :)!

First photo was the design I wanted and the last two are what I left with. Overall, great service and paid $128 for gel pedicure, gel full set and shape, and eyebrow wax.

Updating my review because, well I just HAVE too. There was a young man today who did my nails that I didn’t recognize, however, he was wonderful. He took his time, put so much attention to detail.. I hope he always puts this much into his work! - This set is the second picture with longer almond shaped.

Kim did my manicure (dip) and pedicure (gel), both French style. She did an awesome job! Dipped my fingernails 5 times to ensure the nails would not break. She was friendly and talked with me, which was nice. It was a very enjoyable experience. I will definitely go back!

I normally go here, but the one time I couldn't make it because of my job, it was closed, so I ended up going to another place thinking it will be ok, nope,they did the worse job i ever had gotten, so today I was like I got to go to my regular spot hazel green nail, and when I tell you Nikki did her thing!! She did her thing !!!! ? she fixed my nails on time for the new year, she made them come back to life! So happy this will always be my spot! Again thank you so much Nikki! ?

May was kind and considerate throughout my services (mani/pedi). A few nails could have been filed a little more symmetrical, and if I had caught it at the time, I am confident she would have been kind enough to reshape without question (but getting on a plane, no turning back!). The color once applied was much brighter than the sample , but it’s summer so I guess it’s going to be fine, lol.

I recommend May and when I come to Hazel Green area again, will be sure to get an appointment with her if possible!

UPDATE: I had my nails done on Saturday, they were beautiful but a bit long for my liking so he told me I could come back if they were too long. I came in two days later, on Monday, and was pretty disappointed. I waited for 1 1/2 hours before anyone even spoke to me, finally when I was asked what I needed I told the woman I needed mine shortened. She was not very nice, I felt like everyone immediately started looking at me while they spoke. I left with extremely crooked uneven nails. I was just ready to get out of there and they weren’t friendly so I didn’t feel comfortable asking for help or anything else. I loved Andrew my first time, I wish he would’ve been there today. Probably will not be returning.

Andrew was the best!! I had a little mommy self care day. My nails are perfect!! He took his time and made sure they were perfect!
