Terrible, rough, rude. refused to give me bio gel.. insisting “you don’t need that”. Paid $80 for this garbage & a pedicure. Waited 1hr past my apmt time. No gloves, completely unsanitary. Trash save your money. Left with nails in worse shape then coming in.

I don’t really write reviews unless I feel very strongly about a place or product. However, I have been to this location twice and have had the best experiences! I had been trying different places around San Diego, but hadn’t felt full satisfaction with previous results. Trang is my girl! She is a sweetheart, super talented, and meticulous with her work—she’s an artist. I am very specific with what I like in terms of shape, and form of a dip powder manicure, but she truly exceeded my expectations. My nails lasted a long time and looked great throughout. In addition, I received many compliments for them. This place is a hidden gem! I am very glad I took a chance and now I will most likely be coming here regularly! I went in today, and I feel so happy. It’s so refreshing to have fresh and gorgeous nails with the style you request. Thank you Trang for the work that you do and the heart that you put into it!

HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND! Worst and most painful experience ever! Got a mani pedi and had three people do my nails. First lady just immediately started cutting my nails to my cuticles and shapping them how she wanted without even asking me which I had long natural nails prior. When I said something she stood up and another lady came to reshape my.nails the best she could. The lady did the rest and it was ok. However the pedi was painful. She cut, bruised and burned me many times. When I kept telling her it hurt she was like oh you tickle. I kept saying no it hurts and is burning. She said it was from rubbing on my shoe which was not the case. The lady doing my.nails had to keep telling her since she wasn't understanding me. Then when I was all done they changed the price to be much more than what they advertised. Worst experience ever and would never go again. DO NOT COME HERE. Ther was even another lady getting her nails done by the first lady I had and she repeatedly kept saying stop doing that I don't like that. Don't cut them.short I don't want that and the lady kept doing it and not talking to her.

Terrible service, I’ve been coming here for years and I always get the same thing, so I come and get fills every two to three weeks and unfortunately lately the service has been horrible, one time they cut my cuticles and I told her to leave them like that because it was hurting but she kept cutting and I started bleeding, it was very painful. Another time the man doing my nails was on his phone the whole time and kept getting up to answer text messages, he got up and left about four times until another lady finished my nails for him, and this time I came to fix only one nail because it broke and the lady insisted on putting on an acrylic nail and I explained to her that I don’t get acrylic nails that I just get the acrylic on my natural nail she kept arguing and ended up doing it anyway after I asked her not to, now I have one acrylic nail and the rest my natural nails and it looks horrible. Do not recommend, they’re very biased and unprofessional.

The nails look natural and great, but the staff are a bit impatient. They rush you to pick a nail color as soon as you arrive, which doesn’t feel necessary. Why not let us decide while the manicure is being done? Give us some time to choose, lol!

I been going to this nails place for almost a year, and I always leave with a service well done and a smile on my face. Kristina does amazing work and she takes her time to make sure every nail is even and that it looks natural .She takes great pride in her work and that is why I keep coming back! Kristina has a genuine spirit and will make sure you leave with what you wanted. I cannot wait to see her in two weeks. I highly recommend her!

Ask for Emily! She is the sweetest lady ever. Me and my mom love going to see her and get our nails done :)) she always does an amazing job!!

Christina was my nail tech and she was very pleasant, took her time, and did an excellent job on my powder dip nails. The only issue is a couple of the diamonds on my nails fell off only after a couple days, but I will definitely go back to see her. She was very grateful for me and continuously thanked me for coming.

My only issue with the company is they don’t have the powders painted on fake nails to help choose a color. They have tons of colors but you have to look at the wall and open each one to see what you would like. The people in charge were very grateful and showed me gratitude all throughout my visit.
