I was told $40 for my pedicure, I get up to checkout and they said it was $60 cuz of gel, who charges $20 extra for gel? Whatever, I paid it and I get home and the gel is chipping and peeling within less than 24 hours!!! I'm so angry. I also got a manicure and thought it would be maybe $60 since I got an almond shape, but no they said $95 because shape, design (literally just got french tip), and chrome...so I pay it. And the lady is watching me and pressuring me saying "tip in cash or card?" (Truthfully, I wasn't expecting the extra $20 for gel so I didn't really have enough to tip) but I said I have cash so I gave her $5 and as I'm walking out the door, the lady grabs me and says "excuse me, excuse me?, what about a tip for him?" (The guy who did my pedicure) so I said "oh um ok" and gave another $5. I am so pissed that I paid $20 extra for gel that chipped within less than 24 hrs. I do not recommend this salon at all. And I'm sorry, tips are NOT required. You don't pressure someone into giving you a tip, that's disgusting. I always tip for nails but when you ask in advance and pressure me, it makes me not want to. Absolutely awful job on my toes. Manicure is cute tho ‍♀️

Oh my gosh, this place is lovely. I had just came in hoping they accept walk ins, as I had chipped my acrylic nail, and needed a fill. Michael was able to see me right away. I wanted to mix it up today, and decided to remove my acrylics. He did an amazing job, was both efficient and gentle in care. I tried the rounded shape for today rather than my usual square, and Michael did so great that this may just be my new shape! ? oh, and best part, I was out the door in under 45 minutes from walking in. I have never had service this great and this fast! If you come here, do yourself a favor and schedule with Michael, you won’t regret it!

Tina was so amazing!! She made me a believer in dip! I’ve never ever had a dip manicure look this amazing!! She took her time! She was so kind, attentive! So grateful for her! And the gel pedicure hands down the best all around!!! Strongly recommend her!!

Horrible experience.
My nails were very lumpy after my gel manicure. I showed the owner as I was checking out and she had the nail lady bring me back to fix them. She then filed them down and tried repainting them. I am still not happy but I had to leave, I had been there for over an hour and 15 mins. The edges are missing polish and I still have lumps on my nails. I will not be going back. This is my second bad experience here.

This place is amazing! I’ve never had a French tip before so I wasn’t sure how it would turn out but Lynn was very helpful and did such an amazing job! I believe Tina (the lady who did the design) is truly talented! I will for sure be coming back!

Decided to stray from HERBAL NAILS and try this business for a few times. Only gotten pedicures done and the work is valid and the gel is very good staying 6 weeks plus however it's the people here that bring this rating wayyy down. Unprofessional; always speaking their native language back and forth rudely in front of customers when they're engaged in a customer conversation with one. Two times I specifically made an appointment and when I arrive they have no idea about it and pawn me off on diff technicians causing me to always switch the technician I had.
Today, they did both those things again AND the tech who took me was outright rude and unmannerly with no 'please' in the things I initially stayed for. They asked me three or four times what I was having done (gel pedicure) and then after reminding them again that I had an appointment they said I'd have to go wait longer in the lobby after I had a chair to get someone who could do gel.
I had a BAD FEELING after this and decided to abort this place and go back to HERBAL NAILS- which took me in immediately(PAULIE is the best but ask for FIONA who I got today).
Follow me for an immediate review of HERBAL NAILS-as I'm currently getting my WAAYYY CHEAPER Pedi is being done.

I am so thankful to have found this place and Lynn!! I have been a nail chewer for as long as I can remember, I am 42yrs old now. I was determined to have nice nails but could not stop chewing and picking my nails. I called a few places and no one could do the tap gel and form a nail for me. My nails were so short that I could not have just the traditional nail gel application. Lynn said she could do it and she definitely has and with incredible talent! I've been going consistently for a couple months now and my nails have grown out and look beautiful!
As soon as I figure out how to post a picture I will! Highly recommend!
