They we're very unprofessional and poor service. T hey said I PEELED my polish the NEXT day and also said I didn't hold my hand right under the dryer. IT was ? all my fault and charged me 20, I NEVER HAD THIS PROBLEM BEFORE WITH MY NAIL TECH AND NEEDED A PLACE WHEN SHE'S OUT OF TOWN. BEEN GETTING NAILS DONE FOR YEARS AND NEVER HAD THIS PROBLEM.

I went in for a brow wax like normal and there was a new , different lady doing brows . She messed up my brows so bad . I had to tell her three times how to do my brows and the steps that literally every person that wax brows do she didn’t even do it . I’m so upset but I tried to be kind . 1/10

Just walked in and asked for black French tip square nails and the lady proceeded to round my tips and when I said something she lies to my face and says I showed her round pink nails and said she was going to charge extra for changing my mind! I’ve never wanted pink nails before and Ive had this picture on my phone for weeks now planning my birthday. So now for my birthday weekend I have ruined nails from having to rip off my tips myself. I should’ve paid attention to the reviews.

I went there for the second time Thursday October 12th, I told theme I was getting married the next day, I wanted a full set there is nothing posted about what kind of nails they do. And I wanted a French manicure and I wanted them to look natural. The girl who did my nail butchered my skin with the drill. And was very inexperienced, not what a bride wants they more worried about the Saraland football star that came in young teens running around and my nails looked anything but natural no one asked what I wanted or told me about their services they knew I was mad yet looked at me like the bad experience was my fault. The whole experience is not the nail salon experience you hope hope for the day before your wedding. Was way over priced for what they do. I will not be going back

Monday I went and got the vip pedicure. The guy doing my feet kept sniffing, his nose was running real bad. In the middle of it he says excuse me I have to go blow my nose. He came back and said “don’t worry I’m not sick I think there was dust on my ceiling fan.” Well low and behold I woke up today with a sore throat. Pretty sure this guy was sick and touching peoples hands and feet. Make your employees stay home if they are sick. They don’t need to go to work touching people.
