Awesome store, I come here for color materials and always feel supported by the folks here who are real experts and take plenty of time to share their knowledge. Especially as a ‘non professional’ customer that can be hard to come by. Thank you!

Visited this store seeking a product to hold styled curls. I was advised to purchase an expensive heat protectant, and the salesperson assured me it would work to fix curls. However it doesn't. This experience left me feeling disappointed and somewhat misled, despite the store generally having what I need.

They're always so helpful and thankfully, knowledgeable. They have whatever I have been in need of and if they didn't have it (rarely, if ever), they recommended something comparable. That's good business ethic because it means they actually want you to get what you need. Thank you!

I am extremely disappointed with the salon’s customer service. I purchased a meni pedi for my mom as a Mother’s Day gift. While she was walking out after the service and the tip, they called her telling that she didn’t pay. “ how embarrassing is that?” My mom felt extremely uncomfortable. “Yelling while she was walking out ”
That shows that there is no communication between the employees especially she had her receipt with her that I paid. There are no words to describe the disappointment and embarrassment and feeling of being very uncomfortable that my mom felt while it was supposedly to be a nice Mother’s Day gift.

One of the only beauty supply stores left in the Crescenta Valley! Very helpful service and has every product I need at a fair price! I'm glad they are still in business. ? Amazon doesn't give customers the kind of experienced advice Hans gives.

I have been shopping at Hans for years. Their customer service has always been adequate, nothing fancy. I buy a lot of their high end products, never leaving without spending $100-300. The other day I bought a $50 curling iron plus 2 other items totaling $150. To me the curling iron didn’t work but when I tried to return it I was told I bought the wrong one - I bought one for professional use. I started to return it for the correct one but was told I couldn’t because the box was torn. I told them it would have been impossible to get it out without tearing the box. She said I needed to be careful and would not return it. I told her not a problem but I will never return to their store and I left. I left quite angry and will not return again

Great and knowledgeable sales people. Always helpful and I always feel like I’m getting star treatment because the know me and know what I buy. Large variety of high end hair, skin and nails products at reasonable prices. The owner always goes out of her way to welcome me and ask about my family.

Been a patron of Han's since 1999! Started at the Hastings Ranch store and have been going to La Canada and La Crescenta stores since I moved to the North Valley. They have always had the best service, selection and prices. I cannot thank them enough for always taking care of my hair, nail and beauty products!
