Handel’s Homemade Ice Cream has quickly become one of the best spots in the Temecula Valley for dessert lovers. As a recent addition to the local food scene, my wife and I love coming here to share a small butter pecan—it’s rich in flavor, perfectly sweet, and absolutely delicious. While we gravitate toward our favorite, their menu boasts a wide variety of flavors that change with the seasons, so there’s always something new to try. The staff is consistently friendly, and service is quick, making it easy to get in and out even when they’re busy. We’re thrilled to have Handel’s in town and can’t wait to bring our family when they visit.

Yummy ice cream at Handel’s! We ordered mediums but the waffle cones are still overflowing! We loved our flavors, graham canyon and chocolate chunk for one and coconut pineapple and black cherry for the other. We also got a pup cup! There’s a lot of nice tables outside to sit and eat at. Recommend!

This was my first time trying their ice cream and I thought it was excellent. The cones are also excellent. I tried the coconut caramel delight and was blown away. My husband had the blue monster but it wasn’t very creamy - after’s ice cream has a better version of the blue monster in our opinion.

This was a definite success! I love their Carlsbad location and have been waiting for this one to be open. I was worried about the flavor options and how they would handle the lines, and was pleasantly surprised. The lines were long, but they have around six people working on bringing them down and it went by quickly. They offer many flavors like the other locations, and allow multiple samples if you can’t decide! I always get the four scoop sampler, so I can try many flavors each time. It’s $7, which is pretty good for California. I highly recommend, and the workers were all very nice! It was clean and had some places to sit at outside, along with other seats across the street. In a busy area, but well kept! 10/10!

Great ice cream, our favorite spot. We always went to the Handels at Moon Light Beach. Temecula customer service is a hit and miss. We used to get samples of a few different flavors last time the girl told us only one. I have never heard of any Handles doing this. We have had Handels all over from Texas to California, and we have never been told this. Only in Temecula. We do love their ice cream.

This has become our fave ice cream place in town. Finally we have a Handels!!! Gotta love the 4 scoop sampler for $7! Super friendly service.
