Do not sign up here. They will give you the run around and play phone tag with you if you try to cancel. I have been trying to cancel my account for over a month. They will lie about how many credits you've paid for. You will get different answers from different employees about what’s on your account. They will continue to bill you even after they agreed to cancel your membership. I can’t believe I am still dealing with this.

Sarah your receptionist is also very condescending.

I was gifted a stone massage from my daughter for my birthday. I made my appointment and as I was getting my massage, I asked the therapist about the stones. She said it wasn’t booked that way.. My gift certificate even said Stone Massage on it. After I was done with the wrong massage, I asked the person at the front desk and she’s like “ Oh well, you have $20 left on your gift card so you could use it towards another massage.” So basically, that is their way of getting you to come back by their screwup!! I would not recommend this place to anybody. The girl at the front claims to be manager, but was very unprofessional about the situation.

I had such a good experience here, but I ended up getting the membership . It makes so much sense to get the membership at the discounted rate and I’m able to force myself to treat myself monthly to a massage. Highly recommended.

I booked an appointment after seeing their Facebook Ad which mentioned a 50% off coupon. It was not 50% off but I still decided to book. They never responded to my inquiry on why the ad was misleading. As for the massage it was mid. I'm not sure if my masseuse was inexperienced, but it was disappointing. I think her name was Casey. The firmness and pressure would change, she completely skipped my glutes/hip area, I asked for the stretch add-on and it wasn't done. I left still feeling tense and not very relaxed. It didn't feel very good at all. There were a ton of forms required prior to my appointment that had nothing to do with my massage. I'll definitely be sticking to Manorah Thai on Day Creek.

Michelle the manager is always so helpful and so sweet. She goes above and beyond to make sure any issues with billing or appointments are resolved as quickly as possible.

And, I also don’t really want the say this as I might not be able to book with him once I do but James, the newest massage therapist at this location, is absolutely amazing. I have been looking for someone who really knows how to do sports massage as I am very active in not only work but at the gym. He has honestly help to release a lot of the knots I’ve had lingering as well as hit some new ones I didn’t even know were there. I highly recommend him if you’re looking for pain relief. Now, with that said, I better still be able to book with him and not placed on a wait list. Lol

I was gifted a revival massage package by my mother in law. I told James that I’m no stranger to pressure and he did not disappoint. He was extremely thorough with my shoulders when I told him I work out hard and boy did he get out some knots! Pleasantly sore the next day. I found my massage therapist. Will be signing up for membership soon to get work from him again.
