Very satisfied with my service today! I got a dip manicure done for my family’s holiday photos this weekend. I went in as a walk in around 1:30 this Wednesday expecting it to be busy and a long wait, but the manager greeted me and I was able to be seated and started right away! I had the technician Mike and he took lots of extra care in filing, dremeling, and shaping my nails. He even offered to add length and repair two of my nails that had broken and I am so happy with how natural they look. It really helped my manicure pop! I’ve come here a couple of times throughout the years and will definitely be coming back. Always very friendly staff, nice and clean, and relaxing atmosphere!

One of the worst gel manicures I’ve received to date. My cuticles were absolutely destroyed. It’s been 5 days and they’re still healing and the gel polish has already begun lifting. The employee made me bleed multiple times. It was obvious he was inexperienced. I had to ask him fix 3 nails that were messed up. I called and asked if I could come in and get them fixed, the customer service over the phone wasn’t great and I do not feel comfortable returning.

I have been paying for my daughter to get her nails done there about every 2-3 weeks there for a few months now and it has just gotten worse and worse every time. I don’t go with her and she is too shy to ask them to fix it but this last time her nail fell off after 3 days. She went in and they “fixed it” for free but nail doesn’t match at all. Different color and shape. Also, their full sets always somehow cost as much as a fill. She won’t be going back.

First time at this place. Purchased the most expensive pedicure they had and I was in and out in 25mins. Massage was just her barely moving her hands back and forth while chatting with the worker next to her, the polish looks awful and she was rude! The place is dirty and they don't wipe down the chairs in between clients. Also, the lady at the front desk was more interested in chatting and texting on her phone to even greet a client! Never again!!!

I really needed this manicure to be a good one. I've had a terrible month so I was really needing this time to myself. My tech did a great job and I was very happy with my nails and toes.

Iris did fabulous on both my gel manicures!! Purple set was done 6 weeks before the new pink marble set. And not a single chip or lift, which for me is unheard of from previous experiences. She's kind and open to accommodate to your needs to make the experience enjoyable. Only down side is toward a hostess that was too quiet for me to hear her when i walked to to a bustling salon. On top of not following schedule which made things little awkward sitting at a station when they had someone already written in at that time.
