This was my favorite Goodwill for years. New management has made the place actively hostile to shoppers. First the fitting rooms were closed, now they don't even have a MIRROR in the while store available to hold things up to yourself and at least estimate if they might work. Not even in the shoe section. What is the point of this? How can people be expected to buy clothes without even a mirror?

Prices were also unreasonably high, often higher than retail, and many were stained or broken. Don't bother with the canned response of "it's to fund our job training" - if people want to donate money because they believe in your mission they'll donate money, don't try to take advantage of the people shopping with you by having them pay $9.99 for a worn out tank top that was $5 brand new at Target.

(Of course they still responded with the canned response, stocking and charity still don't justify pricing goods higher than new. You know what would reduce labor and up sales? Pricing everything in a category at one reasonable price like you used to. That also still doesn't explain the hostile choice to remove all the mirrors from your store.)

I checked the website, which clearly stated they accept drop-offs until 9 PM. After work, I Ubered with four bags of good, like-new items to donate at 7 PM, well within the stated hours. To my surprise, the attendant refused to accept the donation. I was left with no choice but to throw the items in the trash. This was a frustrating and disappointing experience, and I’ll likely just discard items going forward instead of trying to donate.
