I’ve bought about 5 pairs of shoes from here now and I gotta say that this store is by far one of the best options in the 909 area. The pricing is always way more fair than any other sneaker store that you could go to within 50 miles.

I've been buying and occasionally selling shoes at Good Companie since 2016, but since Covid not so much as I live 45-60 minutes away and not in the area as much.

Despite me living an hour away, I dropped some shoes off last fall and one sold quickly, and the rest mostly didnt sell. In January I wanted to pick up my money and my shoes. I made an appointment which was a pain to do because the person with the money isnt there every day.

Finally drove down for an appointment, confirmed with that the payment would be there and shoes would be there, and drove an hour to get there.

This was 3.5 months ago.

The money wasnt available and one pair was missing. they thought it was in pomona and wasnt sure if it sold. They said they'd contact me the next day and never heard back. I've followed up with Good Companie either by text message (that they asked me to text) and their Instagram no less than 15 times in the last 3.5 months.

I keep getting told they'd send me the money, then they flake out, then I follow up and they say 'today' or tomorrow. Even when I told them I'd been out of work for months and needed the money to build up my savings again, there was no sense of urgency.

Today, 3.5 months later, I have still not received my money. I've followed up with them weekly and this week I've followed up several times and said they were on it.

Both as a sneakerhead and a Christian, I find their business practice lacking integrity. They have plenty of time to post new items, but cannot even pay money that's not theirs to keep after months of having to chase it.

It's sad that in my 9th year as a customer, I'll no longer ever give any of these stores any business.

Experience was so good it’s making me leave a review haha. Had a great time here. Picked up a pair of lost and founds at a really fair deal. Made stock x and goat look completely useless to me. You can easily tell they have been in the business for years.

Best sneaker resell store to leave shoes on consignment have left shoes there 3-4 times big ticket shoes to 3-500$ and they all sell QUICK within 1 week maybe I was lucky but A1 service they forget to call you that they’ve sold sometimes but it’s a buisness they forget sometimes but they will never steal your money if that’s what you guys think just check on your shoes once a week to see if they’ve sold !

I will not purchase or do consignment with this store. I went a couple of weeks ago to put some restored OG Indiglo 14’s and ‘04 Bred 13’s on consignment. The employee who looked older than me told me that he’d take them but “they might not sell because people don’t know what they are and they’re old”. 🤦🏾‍♂️

On top of that, they posted on their IG story of what’s for sale; and for the past week since dropping off, they not once have posted that my shoes are for sale. I went back and picked up my shoes; I don’t appreciate being given ignorant statements and hiding my shoes for sale when others were received and IMMEDIATELY posted for sale that same day.
