I’ve been coming here for years now. Lynn does a phenomenal job every single time. Half the time I let her do her own thing and she never disappoints! As for the pedicures, those can be hit or miss depending on who you get.

I was in a small motorcycle accident less than a week after getting my nails done for my wedding. They were rather long compared to what I normally get. I was surprised to see they were perfectly fine! No chips or breaks!

Customer Service was so horrible I had to leave. These ladies are racist. The guy at the front desk is very friendly. This location isn’t a place for black customers. I was charged 10 for clipping one foot. At the beginning of my pedicure she got up and left me in the water until it was cold. So I decided to leave. This was 4th service here and I thought it was good…. My Pedicure was good, but when I got my nails soaked off for SNS, my nails are naturally long and when finish getting all the old product off. This is what I was left with, I don’t know if she could tell the difference for my natural nails versus the product or what but I couldn’t believe that she was just falling my nails off. I couldn’t even finish the service because I was so upset with how my nails look I just walked out.

I was looking for a place nearby to get a pedicure. I read some reviews and did my research and found this establishment. The employees were very friendly and really nice. The place was very clean and it had a grade of 100% from the health board. I opted to get the sugar scrub pedicure with a French tip which was $35. I enjoyed the pedicure thoroughly I only wish the French tip was a little more accurate and that the tip was darker in some areas. After I left and really examined the job when I got home I noticed several flaws. I would definitely recommend them, I just would not do a French tip next time. The massage chair was great and the ambience of the establishment was on point. Overall, great experience. I only took one star due to the lack of precision with the French tip.

I guess it really just depends on their mood the kind of nails you'll get. I've had really good sns from them and okay sets.... today's were just bad.. and of course I encouraged a coworker to go with me... $55+ dollars wasted because they're so bad I'm going to have to go somewhere else tomorrow and get them redone. And had to apologize to my friend for wasting her hard earned money too... ?
