I would like to say at the end of the day this is my fault. I am very submissive when it comes to services like this and I do not have it in me to complain. I even tipped a decent amount because it is the holiday's and I know nail technicians rely on tips. As soon as I was in my car though and looked them over more thoroughly, I was shocked at how truly bad it was. Again, no guts to go back in and say anything, but I thought I would post a review for people like me who may be to afraid to complain. Don't take your chances with this place unless you're willing to make them redo it. I did show her a picture beforehand, referenced it a couple times during, and asked for a few changes until I got to the point where I knew it was ask her to take it all off or just accept my fate. The first picture is what I wanted, the second picture is what I got. Safe to say I learned my lesson and will no longer be relying on Groupon for nail services 😬

I wanted to try silk nails from damage and I saw them in class pass. So I booked but when I walked in they said no "they are a pain in the butt", no longer do them or ClassPass. I pulled up the website and it also has service listed. So they need to update both. Unfortunately owner was very rude. The receptionist was playing candy crush the whole time. Do not recommend. They put a bad impression for whole place. The other workers may be good but there are so many more places the get services why not choose the million other options with better customer service skills 🙂

BEWARE! I went to this nail salon with a coupon purchased from Groupon for 2 gel manicures, for myself and my daughter. The owner redeemed the Groupon and told me that in order to redeem them, I had to purchase 2 additional gel manicures (4 total) which she would sell as a "deal" for $114. I just went to redeem the first of these, to which the owner said they were only for 2 not 4 manicures, because, per the owner, gel manicures are $49/each.
First, $114 is more than $98, so that is false. Second, the website confirms that they charge $35 for gel manicures, as the regular, not "reduced" price.
So, the "coupon" I bought from the owner ended up charging me $57 for each gel manicure - $44 MORE than the regular price listed on the website! Outrageous! I wish I could give ZERO stars. The workers are nice, but that can't compensate for being ripped off.

I got here for my facial with Salma and she is phenomenal. She is very flexible and accommodates my crazy schedule always. She is friendly and takes her time with all the treatments. I go to her monthly and it doesn’t disappoint. My skin has improved tremendously.

I am so glad I found this place! It’s very close and convenient. The owner Beena is super flexible and helpful and does a really great job with my gel manicures when I’ve gone to her. Recently I’ve been going to Tammy pretty steadily for manicures and pedicures and she does a great job! Definitely have recommended this place to multiple friends and family and everyone is satisfied with their service.

I purchased the Groupon for Med and Ped.
The place is clean, new, fresh, and not smell like nail polish. They said only open for 2 years and close 1 year for covid. There are a lot of parking. The lady who did my med and Ped looks pretty old, but she is very gentle and take her time for me. She spent 1 hr and 10 mins for my med and ped. I wanted to remove all death skin and cuticle around my nail. Only few things that I don't like. They don't have liner for the tub for cleaning purposes. They don't really clean the chair well. And last thing that I am very disappointed and made it 3 stars is the quality of the nail polish that they use. I walked out the place and feel good with the service, but less than 10 minutes from store my nail stared peel off and the smell of the polish still strong after 3 days.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! The owner tells me that they do not honor groupon vouchers! But they had many deals for their shop to boost their clientele. So i wasted my money trying to redeem my voucher. POOR SERVICE INDEED!!!!!

They are just moving into this location, so things were just a little chaotic. But, Terry, who did my acrylics, was superb. Great attention to detail.
