I have now been here 3x and can’t say enough good things about the place. I have had different technicians each time and they were all good. Tina, is my favorite so far. The care she took with my nails was lovely. My daughter got her nails done by Linh and they’re fabulous! She does a great job with designs.

I love this Shoppe. I’m a difficult client because I don’t always like to go get my nails done but every time I come here that only do they do a great job. They are so nice! I highly recommend this business. They do a fantastic job on my nails

Unusual technique. My technician (Sky) insisted on doing cuticles AFTER applying acrylics when I asked for it before application. It’s only been one day and the lunula is already exposed. For $85 I would prefer a manicure that lasted longer.

I'm giving a 2-star rating instead of a 1 because, being a hair stylist myself, I recognize that it's challenging to satisfy every client. However, the service I received for $140 was unsatisfactory. After seeing how well they seem to do 3D chrome nails on Instagram, I was so excited to give this salon a try. I showed them the inspo photo and made it clear that understand that it wouldn’t look exactly like the inspo photo however, they assured me they could deliver. Unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired as I felt rushed and received nails that bore no resemblance to the inspo photo, yet alone any decent looking nails I’ve ever seen. Despite requesting adjustments, after 2.5 hours, they appeared even worse – clumpy, thick and messy. Given the price I paid, I had expected a higher level of professionalism. Furthermore, as a cosmetologist, I was appalled by the salon's lack of sanitation, evident in their use of dirty instruments and using single use instruments on multiple different clients. I’ll include the nails before and after the adjustment, and the inspo photo.

Linh (I think? I couldn’t fully see her name tag) & Tullip were the absolute best. I got a gel pedicure and acrylic refill with chrome and it came about absolutely perfect! I’ve been looking at places to become my go to nail salon, and I believe I just found it with this place. The salon was clean, very cozy, and quiet. The staff were lovely and so sweet. I would definitely recommend!

I got gel-x extensions done with Holly, and she did such a good job! She was so patient, accommodating, and helped me achieve the exact look I wanted. This has definitely been my best nail salon experience in the city - highly recommend this place!

I unfortunately didn’t have a good experience this time around and I’ve visited this salon a few times before. The person who did my nails was rough with cleaning my cuticles. He even caused the cuticle on my pinky to bleed which he tried to make me not notice by pressing down hard on my finger which hurt. When it came to the actual painting and design I think he wasn’t the most experienced with designs so he asked one of his coworkers for support but I didn’t like the look so he did remove the design which I appreciated. He seemed to know only how to do French manicure and I had to settle for it despite not really wanting that. Furthermore he was using unclean tools and I had to ask him twice to change the towel he used on the table while doing my nails because it was wet. By the end of manicures my fingers were not really cleaned off and I had to ask him repeatedly to clean it. In past visits the manicurists would have used a hot towel and lotion and gently massage my hands which I loved! This time around my hands were grainy with dust from the manicure process, he barely put oil on my hands and was rough massaging my hands. I felt like the experience was not as relaxing and that he didn’t care at all about the results of my manicure. I’m pretty disappointed and will most likely explore other salons.
