I recently moved to the area and came here to get a nail fill and I’ve been getting my nails done for over 6 plus years and I have never had such a bad experience and one of my fingers even got infected! The receptionist scheduled me with this nail tech who even over the phone said she was slow when I asked how long it would take. When I arrived I picked a color and told her the shape I wanted. Well she ended up cutting my skin with the dremel not once, not twice but 3 times! I was so livid! Not only did the shape look awful, one of my fingers started to bleed from the cut, she kept saying sorry and kept trying to continue and I told her to stop and that I wanted to see the manager. Never have I had to tell a nail tech to stop doing my nails and on top of it, it usually takes 45min and I was there for over 2 hours! The manager came over, she started to fix the shape all the while being on the phone the entire time! She started to paint my nails while still talking on the phone and I wanted to walk out so badly! When I went to the front the manager said she was going to take $5 off and I told her no and I think I still paid maybe $50 when it was $65 and I did not leave a tip. My nails looked so awful! From the nail polish to the shape and the skin being cut. The next day my index finger was hurting a lot and I found out from my doctor it was infected so I took medication for the infection and since they looked so bad I cut them down myself. I now only go to Platinum Nails & Spa in Oceanside and they are amazing! In the pictures below you can see where she cut me, the different shapes my nails are and how thick the nail fill is and how poorly my nails were painted by the manager. I had spoken to them on the phone after finding out my finger was infected, they said I’d get a refund and I never did. Go here at your own risk!

I have been going here for almost 25 years for my gel french manicure. I have had acrylic in the past as well. They are always perfect with clean, precise margins.

Over the years I have gone to a few different girls. Michele has always been one their best and in demand throughout those 25 years. I keep a standing appointment and she takes great care of my nails.

I tried to leave a few times over the years when I moved neighborhoods briefly, and when my girl at the time left, but it always ended bad and I quickly came back to open arms. They are just another level here! It was even worth driving 30 minutes during certain period of my life.

Tina keeps it in great shape with remodels to upgrade every 10 years or so to address regular wear and tear.

truly such an amazing and wonderful experience! even though i came in during the afternoon the person that assisted me was very patient, careful, and just genuinely cared!
the results at the end were flawless! i would definitely come again!

Honestly would give 0 stars if I could. Got gel extensions on just my tips and the layers were all uneven, when I went to get them removed. I explained to the manager and the individual who removed multiple times that I only have extensions on my tips yet she used the tool on my full nail. She shaved off a huge layer of my nail as you can see in the photo. This is 3 weeks later. My nails are still red and extremely weak. I went to speak to the manager who was barely interested in hearing what happened and noted down my number to have the owner call me, who never did. I don’t usually leave reviews but this was truly a terrible experience on a professional level and overall customer experience. I would recommend the other nearby nail salons for anyone considering trying this place.
