I have given this salon multiple tries over the years and there is a 50% chance my nails actually come out right. Last visit was less than days ago and my polish is already lifting, if not off (nails and toes). There are only a hand full of staff who actually know the craft.

Had a great experience for most of our party. My daughter’s tech didn’t get her color right and re did her nails but added extra layers on top of the gel already done. They popped off within a week. Will stop by tomorrow to see if they will fix it for her. The other techs did fabulously. Will update my review pending their response tomorrow. I paid extra for gel manicure and pedicure so I expect them to last more than a week- spent 331 bucks.
Update- they fixed it and were so kind. We will be coming back

I went to have tips removed today so I could wear my nails for awhile. I thought I would try a French Style. The employee asked me to go wash my hands. He had not asked me about a nail polish yet,. I returned to my seat and he had a lady sitting in my seat and he was masked up working on her nails. I said to her and him you tell me to go wash my hands and you are working on her nails. I looked at them both and said I am not finished yet. I wanted a French Manicure. She said oh I took your place didn’t I laughing. I just left. Strange thing about it I am a repeating client and one of my daughters had recommended the shop because she frequents it. I was charged 10$ and he didn’t even give me a clear coat nor was one offered to me after I washed my hands.

The service is 10/10. My nails look amazing. Everyone is very polite and courteous and if you ever have any kind of issue with your nail, or the design they are happy to fix it at the time of service. This is a salon that genuinely wants to make sure that you're leaving with what you want and nails you love!

The worst experience I ever had! I’ve been here once before & COCO was awesome! So I went again, CoCo was busy so, I went to the next available technician. This picture was taken a few days after my manicure & as you can see the messed up my hands BAD. My fingers never looked like this before they are terrible. Look Y’all If it’s Not COCO It’s a No No !

Thin and misshaped, no apex to protect my natural nails whatsoever, not sure they even know of the term. They looked cute from far away but up close they aren't quality work. Already appear a week old and I just got them yesterday…. Website pricing said $30 for full set so not sure how I got up to $55 with out designs or anything extra. Tech left several times in the middle of my session to do something on a cell phone. *Edited to answer business response; I did not receive a gel set, I requested and received acrylic which says 30$ on website…

I went to get a pedicure and some maintenance on my natural nails Saturday. After reading the reviews I thought this would be a good place. I spent $108 with tip. I got the gel nails and a day later they are already chipping. I'm not a very picky person but I definitely won't be back for that price. I was hoping they would at least last a couple weeks.

I love Genesis Nail Spa! Kevin never disappoints. I show him an inspo pic and my "what I asked for" vs " what I got" is always a 10/10!!!
