This place always does an amazing job on my nails and eye brows. Definitely consistent, no matter who you work with, they should do a good job every time. I always appreciate they take their time! They never rush!

Some times they can be super busy, even if you make an appointment, you may have to wait a bit. But definitely worth the wait.

I never get neon colored nails done, I did it this time to match my company's colors for a special event. Even with these crazy colors, they made my nails looks fabulous. Thanks Gel-Q, I'll see ya soon!

Had a great experience with the nail tech. I did not have an appointment, but I did not have to wait long. The nail tech made sure I was satisfied with my the set through the entire process.

I received a fabulous pedi from them! The service I received would’ve been 75$ in Florida. When she told me my cost I almost fell over. Great clean service. Highly recommend!

Great experience! You can tell the lady giving me my pedicure really cares about your time there and love to pamper clients! I went with the organic pedi with gel polish. $90 with tip! $73 before

Only nail tech was late stated she could not provide me services after asking me what I needed because she had an appointment in 20 minutes and stated she did not know if another tech was coming in.

Got an acrylic fill from Kim and she did a beautiful job! It has been hard finding a salon near by that doesn’t make my nails too thick, or cost $$$$$$! Perfect and got me out in 45 min! Will be back!

I have been going here about 8 months. I found Michael and he is amazing! He is clean and thorough and knowledge in all nails. He is precise and can ALWAYS get my nails to look just like my inspiration photos. ❤️
The whole staff does beautiful work. Sometimes there is a short wait but in my opinion Michael is worth it!

I love this place!! 5 min from home, their work is great but I don't see the point in making an appointment and then still having to wait 30-45min. Made an appointment for 12, when I arrived they were with customers which I understand I can wait a couple more minutes but 45min thats not acceptable.

Maybe consider getting more people especially for the weekends when you know you will see more customers come thru. Do not try to fit in everyone that walks thru your door knowing you only have two techs working.

Doing this only makes a customer feel rushed and not getting the best service we know you give.
