Went and got a new set done here because of the reviews. Left with crooked nails pointing in different directions and spots from where I was cut twice with the nail file. I went back the next day to show the manager and ask for a refund, which I was told they don't do. I was told to come back later in the day or the next day so she could "look at"them because they were busy. The only way to fix this mess is to take them off and start over, but I was dismissed when I attempted to say so. IIn 20 + years of getting my nails done, this is by far the worst set/experience I've had. 'll be going elsewhere to have them fixed. An expensive lesson.

Family emergency brought us to AZ and I had a nail that broke farther down my nail. They got me in as a walk in quick. Clean facility. Friendly service and great job. Highly recommend.

My nails came out better than the picture I showed as inspiration! The nail artists were all so kind and caring at Gelax, and obviously talented! I felt so beautiful after I got to leave with these nails. Thank you so much! ? I will definitely be back!

We just moved to Tucson so I was looking for a new nail salon. I tried several different places before finding Gelax and it is by far the best one I’ve found. I highly recommended paying extra for the jelly pedicure. The staff are so friendly and attentive and the spa is very clean and modern. I hesitated to share this review to keep this gem a secret but I needed to give credit where credit is due.

Very nice nail place! First time coming here and first thing I noticed is how clean, tidy, and inviting the place was. I got a gel manicure and the service was really good; the nail tech was very detail-oriented. Will definitely come back!

Excellent service. Got a deluxe pedicure and extremely happy. Newer place at Orange Grove and La Cholla.
